Went for an appointment and had some antibiotics prescribed. had to call several times as the pharmacy never received my prescription.

If I could give zero stars I would. After more15 years of constantly being unhappy with the inconsistent service, I finally am done with Forest Medical Care.No follow up call from the clinic after a colonoscopy and endoscopy to discuss the results to name one. I have to constantly call back after a visit to remind them that they have not called in my prescription. I have to chase them to get my bloodwork results. The list goes on. They just want to get your money by recommending tests that are not needed. They have no respect for patients' time at all!. I am glad I will never see them again.

Horrible place you could ever go to! My husband went in on Monday due to fever and body pain. They didn't end up finding anything supposably. He was "fine"(after having fever for 3 days straight) he was told to call Tuesday if he got worse. Well I sure did call first thing Tuesday morning because he was now vomiting and his fever hadn't gotten any better. I was told we would get a call from his dr that day, that he didn't have Covid and didn't know what i wanted them to say since it wasn't that well noon comes around and still nothing so I called again and was told she would get back to us. Now 2 days later they finally call us to ask what's wrong LOL okay 2 days later. That same day I took my husband somewhere else and they found what he had thankfully. Don't know how they would send someone home sick like that , pero buenos para cobrar eso si verdad. I was recommended to go here by family members but I will forsure not be going back they don't care about your health.

No follow up from their office for weeks. And when they call, they rush through any results and don't give you many details.During one visit they failed to call in a prescription I was completely out of. This type of medication is not to be stopped abruptly. I called and called and nobody ever got back to me until I finally called the office back on Monday.They give you an appointment and then have you sitting in the waiting room/assigned room forever. I have complained to Dr. Munoz several times and received apologies but nothing changed.It seems like they could care less about their patients and are only interested in collecting the insurance money.Would not recommend their office to anyone.

Dr. Garcia has been my doctor since 2005, and he is honest and don't sugar coat your health needs! Will definitely be my doctor for the next 15 yrs!

Dr. Garcia took excellent care of me. Got me in and out swiftly. Local to me and having a pharmacy next door was a huge benefit for me in scheme of cutting down wait time for myself and getting on my way.

I went in for COVID testing on the 18th of June, 7 days have passed and still waiting for my results. This place is a joke!!! Staff on the phone rude! Do not come here. Do not waste your money. Now I’m having to go somewhere else to get retested!
