Two little girls Were at the counter chit chatting, they couldn’t even welcome us in the establishment. Walked around just see what they could have, literally in and out in 1 min.

I went into this location because I was short on money to get to work. This girl tried to offer me $10 for something I knew I could’ve gotten way more for but all I was trying to get was $40. I called corporate to speak to someone and was told I’ll be hearing from a district manager within 48 hours, it’s almost a week later. The same device the girl tried to give me $10 for, I took it to a Cash America shop and not only did I get the $40 they offered me $80. My advice is go to a Cash America where the staff is way friendlier and willing to work with you, because first cash pawn needs some serious staff changes from the stores, to corporate! They deserve no stars at all

Seriously. I'm a hard working adult woman and mother. I've been here on 2 occasions and, just letting you know, don't come here. The 20something children running this store are going to take advantage of you, will not work with you, and don't give a rip about keeping long term customers. All I needed today was $20 for an urgent bill and they tried to give me $10 loan on a $65 brand new tazer, which wouldn't even solve my problem.I have used first cash pawn at various locations all over Texas for when I needed gas or bill money quickly. I've purchased things many times as well. This is a terribly ran location. Maybe the worst ever because of their arrogance.They obviously do not want me to come back and buy anything in their store if I have to fight for a measly $10.Ignorant children.I'm going to another shop 15minutes down the road who I've always had a good experience with.
