I bought new dunks for my daughter within few day thread fell apart, came back to seek some help And explain the situation very poor customer service young man without name tag claims his a manager Didn’t help or at least tried nothing but won’t take back this is it,Will never buy again from this location

Very disrespectful staff. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Asked for a size and associate came back and said they didn’t have it and walked away like we were bothering him.

Went in to return a pair of shoes I got a couple days prior and Patrice, sorry if I spelled her name wrong, but she was very knowledgeable and very nice. Super appreciative for her helping me with my return!
