I do not recommend this organization to people who are concerned about the feral cats in your community. They have not been helpful to me, not even slightly. The referral list of members living nearby me was a joke! Not even one reply to all of the emails I sent to different supposed affiliates of this Org. It quite possibly is a tax shelter scam.In order to post NY remark, I need to give it a star.In reality, I would rate this false Org a MINUS 5.

Feral Friends is wonderful! Both volunteers we worked with were so friendly and we felt they genuinely wanted to find the right fit for our family. We highly recommend adopting from Feral Friends!

It is not worth falling in love with a cat only to be told that you need to go through a lengthy adoption process. This place requires a reference which only adds to the process.

We recently adopted two. beautiful kittens from Feral Friends, and throughout the process everyone we worked with was incredibly kind, informative and accommodating. Karla responded to my original inquiry the next day and after reviewing my application, set up a phone interview the same day! During the course of the interview you could tell Karla has a real passion for the well-being of these kitties. She also gave lots of good information and tips on how to introduce the new kitty to our home and existing pets. After introducing me to another volunteer, Kathy, we were able to coordinate a meet and greet with a couple of kitties that we were interested in. We met at a church which had the kitties set up in different rooms, and we were able to spend as much time as we needed to meet all the different candidates! Kathy was also very helpful and patient, especially considering I brought along my very rambunctious five year old son. In the end, we left with two kittens, Moon (formerly Ra-Cha-Cha) and Merlin (formerly Max/Swiffer), and we couldn’t be more in love. I am so glad I found this group, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a cat or kitten to their life.
