Great experience because of Damion who works there. He went above what can be expected of someone. I noticed he was also exceptionally helpful to the person ahead of me.

My FedEx package arrived to Garland, TX, shipping station and is sitting there for past 7 days. They just need to deliver yo my home in Dallas. I have never seen such tardy service from FedEx. Tehir service is a joke! 7 days of still sitting on a package?

They lie about attempting to deliver your package. I was at home all day to get my package, but I got message that the delivery was delayed. The reason was "Delay
Customer not available or business closed." Are you kidding? This is residential address. When I checked my security cam, this delivery guy never stopped at my place. BIG LIAR. THIS FEDEX IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I just have to say, Damian (I hope I’m spelling his name right), is absolutely FANTASTIC!! I go to FedEx’s all over the DFW area for the last 2 years and I’ve had some so so experiences at several FedEx’s but his customer service, attitude and kindness has been consistently amazing and I love coming to this location because of him! I know that customer service can be draining and hard but, he always has a great attitude and I think he should be a manager and train other fedex workers to have a great attitude and in customer service.In Other info: This location will take express packages until 8:30 PM and they do take clinical packs! This location is not an Office so it does not have printing abilities that the other fedex’s have. It’s only for shipping and receiving packages. The only other location that has late night shipping is at the DFW Airport location at 09:30 PM. This is a busy location and can get busier in the evening as it’s the only late night fedex ship center in the area besides DFW Airport. Also, I’ve never had an issue with my packages being dropped off at wrong timing or anything like that but, I know it can happen.All in all, Great service and I will continue to come here because of Damian!! I’ve been meaning to post this for a while and just had to today!!Keep up the great work and if corporate/management is seeing this: give him a promotion and raise!! He deserves it! :) -Eden

Making rules on the fly huh? Now all of a sudden you are limited to 12 packages? I believe they just didn't want to handle the packages having previously being employed by FedEx I am familiar with their policies. On top of that you can't speak to customer service on the phone at all, they just hang up on you, not impressed.

February 10, 2024 at 3:12Pm. A mid aged lady helped me out, I couldn’t catch her name but she was super nice. I ship out more than 100’s of express shipments per day and she was the nicest Fedex employee in the Fedex store’s I have been. I hope she gets some sort of raise. PSA: I’m the guy with 100 white long boxes that stacked them up with the label
