The driver that delivers to this store is freaking horrible. The customer service you receive when calling in to report the driver is horrible. Have gone back and forth for over a month because the driver is a liar and said my package was delivered and it wasn’t. Then said my package wasn’t able to be delivered to one of there on freaking store fronts. Common sense tells you if you continue to attempt a delivery at a location inside of Walmart you should at least have enough brain power to know when the FEDEX STORE OPENS THAT YOU ARE MAKING THE DELIVERY TO.

Great service at this location. Luke was very attentive to help me with a passport photo. The photo also goes thru a check to ensure approval for my passport. This task was quick and easy. Highly recommend. Thanks Luke for your help!

I needed to get pictures for a passport renewal. The young lady behind the counter new her stuff. Took my photo. Walked me through everything I needed to do in under 10 minutes. Incredible service and knowledge.

I went in to this location 1 day prior to hosting my Husbands 30th Birthday Party/Canelo fight night. I had no real idea what I what wanted as decorations but, as the procrastination Queen that I am, I knew I needed to get it done ASAP! Nikki assisted me in creating everything from goodie bags to games! She even helped me design a HUGE birthday banner with the help of another FedEx rep, and photoshop guru, Luke. They were not able to print the banner at this location as it is a smaller store but they were able to send it to be printed at another FedEx store located miles away. When it was compete, Nikki drove herself to the other location (ON HER DAY OFF) and delivered our banner back to this location inside of Walmart just to make sure it was ready for me to pick it up hours before my party started. I had never met either representative from FedEx prior but I was treated like a member of their own families. I would HIGHLY recommend this FedEx location to any and everyone and I will never go to another store for printing/packaging/mailing services again! This is a company who knows how to retain their customers! THANK YOU SO MUCH NIKKI AND LUKE!!!!!

Fedex is absolutely the worst receiving experience I've ever had. I ordered a chair from Utah and fedex, not only lost the correct addess to ship to. They lost it, i called and informed them of the correct address, they set it to be delivered to yet another incorrect address in another city. I called and informed then of this and that it wasn't going to the right place and they STILL SCREWED IT UP and sent it to the wrong place Absolutely unacceptable when that is literally the job description of the company.Use any other company I'm sure they'd do better.
