I don't usually proactively write reviews but my experience with Clay has been exceptional! We moved to Farmers this past year due to premium increases and poor customer service at our previous carrier. Clay is very knowledgeable about all insurance products and took the time to get the details of our specific situation. Clay is a great guy and fully focused on the customer experience!
