Called four times during what Google says is “not very busy” hours. No one picked up. Not going to bring my business anywhere that’s too lazy to pick up a phone. They couldn’t even put me on hold. ??♀️

This place is so unprofessional, they are ruining there products , wrapping make up in packing tape , there conversations are inappropriate, not very business oriented at all .The "new" manager is rude , shes ruining the customer experience, the store is not inviting , it feels like its run by dumb people who do not care about the store , the customers or the atmosphere in general, every time I go in theres always someone who argues about a complaint, this store is gross , and dirty as well ..... ive never been in such a awful family dollar ever , I only run in for things Ive forgot at the Grocery store now , I wont buy Food , beverages , toys , gifts for people anymore because of the poor service and poor quality of the items now. I only stop for a essential. I really hope someone fires the manager and rude staff and starts fresh, such a sad waste.I give Negative stars ?

Worst service ever manager was rude at giving me cash back I didn’t see the paper where it say they didn’t have cash at all . She yelled at the cashier worker and she made sure I waited to get my money . I will never come back . I feel bad for the worker you don’t talk to your employees like that everyone makes mistakes .

This place is your typical ghetto store. (Family Ghetto) The place is a mess and it has many ADA violations. I'm glad I'm not in a wheelchair otherwise I wouldn't be able to get through some isles.

First time here. Nice dollar store. I like it because it is quick, convenient, well laid out and not too big. Clean too. Good selection considering the size of the store. There is a little of everything here.
