I had a return to do! Manager in charge said to me I have to go to the Mesquite store to return the item. Her excuse was that “different city different prices”. I’m really easy going but the minute I realize I was lied to it made me so upset because this manager made me spend more time and gas for something she could have solve. And on top of all of it I had to wait for her to come to the front and tell me a lied because she has not train a cashier how to do it.

Wooow. Dunno who the rude worker was tonight but never have I been told (anywhere really) that a place ALWAYS closes 10 minutes BEFORE the time it says it closes- on the store door, website, Google page ...And my husband was there well before the apparent 'Always closed 10 min before close"

January 18th around 10am a big white girl was at the counter watching tv on her phone, playing with her hair & smelling! Instead of going to customer and ringing up she decided her show was more important! Disgusting at its finest, family dollar hires anyone who apparently couldn’t cut it in life. You only have 1 job in this world “ringing up a customer “ if your that incompetent of doing that then you deserve to be exactly where your at:)

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Second time I try to come in the store and they are closed. Time was 9:38pm sign on door says store closes at 10pm. Saw 2 employees literally just sitting there. Lazy!
