Mainly giving this store 5 stars because it should NOT have a lower rating than the Garland and Beltline store, employees are great here and they are actually open 24 hrs.

Me and my son we went inside the station to buy some stuff for the kids and the cashier was very rude i ask him why you’re acting that way he said I am busy and I don’t have a time to smile I was really surprised he was not polite at all

Sam and his dad are pretty terrific. They don't try to take advantage of their women customers like a lot of car repair shops will do. They've had several opportunities when the solution was a simple 5 minute fix, and I would not have known. But they're honest and fair which is a rarity with mechanical repair businesses these days. I give them 5 Stars

Went to this gas station one night around 11pm, seemed new and updated in appearance, which it is. Car desperately needed a car wash and a full tank so I was in a pinch. I normally don't get my car washed at a gas station because of the quality and typically they're never working.

This is my goto shop to clean up the mess that other shops create as I have noted elsewhere in these pages. I took my yr 2000 Accord here today to replace the remaining 2 ignition coils that another shop said they replaced 20k miles ago and have been failing ever since. The replaced coils of today were found to be original Honda parts and obviously were not replaced like the other shop claimed they did for all six coils. I also had NB replace the spark plugs that the other shop said they replaced but I doubt they did. This fix made my Accord run noticably smoother and will save me on gas consumption. This visit should not have been needed but for the unscrupulous practice of the other shop but now that it was set right by NB, its a needed investment in the safety of family members that drive this car

The service was okay, but the car wash broke down after it put the soap on my car. I called, but no one answered, so then I went into the store. She could not fix the problem, not that I expected her to, she was not a mechanic. I rate it 2.5, but rounded up
