I had an job interview with the manger Dana at the end of may and when we finished she told me I was hired. She NEVER gave me any official date on when I was able to start working .

I called before I arrived asking for a specific item. I asked twice, although it may be annoying (and yes, the staff member confirmed both times although -as I expected - she sounded annoyed before hanging up). I also mentioned that I would be driving 30 minutes out to pick up the specific item, and that’s basically why I’m double checking. The staff member or manager who was on the phone with me, confirmed & seemed more eager to get off the phone. I drove 30 minutes out. When I arrived, I asked for the specific item. The lady (I recognized her voice from our phone call), looked guilty as she said *something like*, “we had new items or inventory come out…” Mind you - that’s less than an hour!!! How does your inventory run out so quickly on a random, non-holiday Monday? I’m going to shorten this review & get to the point. The staff member, an adult, who “assisted” me demonstrated a lack of ethics and any sense of commitment to their job. Not sure what the motive was.. but when a customer specifies why they are calling ahead (ex: a 30 min drive), you should have some consideration in the least.

Not sure who said it would be ok for one of the very very large round employees to wear a sports bra and shorts to work on top of that she was very rude. Come on Express for the style of clothes you sell I would think the people should dress nice and not look like they came straight out of the trailer park or one of those walmart memes of I can't believe they wore that in public.

I suggest that if they close at 8pm they stay open until 8pm. It is not good customer service to close 15 minutes early and that includes their dressing rooms.

*** BAD Customer Service** DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Today at approximately 7:20 PM, I entered the store and approached the non-white employee to inquire about the location of the fitting room. She directed me to its general vicinity but did not personally open the door which was locked. Consequently, I had to attempt to try the clothes outside the fitting room. Later, I sought clarification from an Anglo American employee regarding the availability of the fitting room, and she informed me that it was closed for the day. When I asked about the store's operating hours for the following day, she responded with uncertainty, saying she didn't know. After our back and forth conversation, I noticed that she immediately turned to another employee and began conversing and laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable as I assumed it was related to me. As a paying customer who had just spent $504.45 in your store, I find it disheartening that Express would employ individuals who appear to lack consideration for customers. I urge Express to reflect on this matter and ensure that all employees uphold a higher standard of customer care. Going forward, I decided to take my business to a competitor. I will never go back at your store.

This store is usually very miss with the items they carry. Every time I have gone inside, it's been a mess with clothes strewn around the room nearest the fitting rooms. I bought a bodysuit at the Galleria and wanted it in a different color, this location was the only one that had my size. I made the online order and went to pick it up...this is what I received. Deodorant marks over the chest, stomach, and (you can't tell from this picture) crotch area. The sales person told me no returns. Highly grossed out and will never order from here again.

My daughter found a dress that she wanted. They did not have her size on the rack, but they did on the manikin. We were ready to buy it but the salespersons said they couldn't take it off the manikin. They just lost a sale. Who trains these people?! I guess they do not want to sell clothing?

I was here on 5/16/2023 at 4:45 PM. The customer service was terrible! I was never greeted once! Great service will also deter thieves! When I wanted to try something on I had to look for a sales associate to ask for a dressing room. The sales associate was not busy with another customer! I'm sure the sales are down at this store. I wasn't happy with the service I received and went 2 doors down and spent money at a place that gave excellent customer service and their product was much better!

Dina/Deena the “store manager” was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. I needed to exchange a pair of shorts for a smaller size I purchased during the 40% off sale this past weekend at northpark. I went to the fire wheel express as it is closest to me and she made me pay the difference and wouldn’t adjust the price for the SAME PRODUCT. When I asked why it couldn’t be an even exchange she kept telling me the price difference was not that serious and that their sales are “use it or lose it and to pay more attention to what I purchase so I wouldn’t have to make exchanges.” This store has really gone downhill. Dina sets a poor example for the cashiers at the front as well. They were all so d*** founded and struggling to complete simple merchandise transactions… Skills well within the scope of an entry level cashier. I’ll go to north park next time they offer better customer service at that location anyway.

The store didn’t carry a range of sizes and it was hard to find someone to help. I ended up ordering online.
