Floyd helped us at the Mesquite location but says he’s helping from this Rockwall location. I wanted to make sure everyone heard from me how awesome he is! Floyd was beyond incredible! Went so above and beyond to help us! He’s truly kind, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to car rentals and dealing with insurance companies. Thank you so much Floyd! Give this man a raise!!

This location is no longer here, Google still shows that it is here, but it is NOT. Do not come to this Enterprise if you are also leaving your car at the collision center.

horrible customer service. Didnt get the guys name African american skinny.statefarm sent us here and And said we had to choose their collision center in order to rent a car. even though we had a reservation here. Dont go there

Horrible customer service! Charged my card 3x after i specifically said I DO NOT need extra protection. I will use my insurance. The guy explained to me and I declined the extra service. I said only charge 50.00 deposit. I checked my acct 2 weeks after and saw the charges. I called to get a refund and they said they are not able to b/c I agreed to it. Basically they go over the extra protection if you say no and then you sign, they go behind your back and still do it. Fraud!!

The worst rental experience. Appointment was at 10:00 am, didn't get to speak with the rep at the Collision Center until 10:53 am after complaining a few times. There is only one rep and he only had one person in before me; not sure why it took nearly an hour to get through one reservation. Woman that came in after me was called on and got her car before I did. I requested a mini-SUV but they were giving me a SUV which is a gas guzzler, then said they had a Santa Fe which didn't need maintenance. Went in the rental and found out it wasn't vacuumed and there was barely any gas. To refill the car would take a while since their actual location is not this one. No other cars were available. Overall horrible customer service! Ended up getting Geico to transfer the rental request to Rockwall Hertz. I would stay away from using this rental location!

Made an online reservation with them for a rental on a Saturday morning to go out of town. I caught an uber to the location, got out the truck, tugged on the door only to find out that they were closed and would not be open until after the Memorial Day holiday. This location is connected to a collision center and there was a sign on the door stating the collision center would be closed. This should not have been applied to Enterprise. Why was my reservation accepted if they were closed. Didn't even get a confirmation call. So here I am stranded off the highway, in the rain with an almost dead phone. I called customer service and they told me that the location was not supposed to be closed. I had to call another enterprise 10 mins away who had a vehicle available that day but couldn't come pick me up cause there was only one person in the office. Spent $14 dollars in uber fees. I had to catch another Uber to get to the other rental place. I was highly upset with Enterprise and will surely never rent from this location again. There was also another customer who came back after she realized that she left her keys in the rental car. Talk about a nightmare.

The representative had the ability to change my reservation which would have benefited me financially, but he was more concerned about his numbers and how he was internally rated than he was about me (the customer). After reluctantly agreeing to the price knowing they "...could have done better" (his words), the car I received smelled like an ashtray. After not accepting the first car, the only other option they had smelled about the same. Based on this and past experiences, Enterprise a is one-star. I'll never rent with them again.
