“Sonya was so friendly! she had finished my first repair the same day. I noticed some issues with the new screen and brought it back without my receipt but she remembered my face and my name and replaced the screen again. It was probably just a manufacturing issue. She replaced my home button and threw in a screen protector for free. This business truly values their customers!”
“I purchased an 85 inch Samsung tv and it was giving me lots of issues, since the 15 day window of return had closed I was told by best buy customer service that I had to contact Samsung and ask them to come and repair it, Samsung was not helpful at all they transferred me about 20 times and no one was able to help me with my brand new tv. Samsung would tell me to call Best Buy and Best buy would tell me to contact Samsung. I was so frustrated with both places, I told myself, to best buy and Samsung that I would NEVER purchase a Samsung product and NEVER buy from Best Buy ever again. At my last attempt to get this resolved, I decided to go to the actual store and speak to the manager to see if they could help. Cesar the manager came to the rescue, he took the time to listen to me and told me he would take care of it and apologized for all the mishaps that happened. Between him and Robert, they fixed my problem, scheduled me a swap in tv's and even got me a price match on the tv since the price had went down since I purchased it. He was so helpful and kind and I appreciate it so much! I have changed my mind about not purchasing from Best Buy again, I will be back to this Best Buy to make any future purchases, and only because of him and Robert. As far as Samsung, I am still disappointed in their customer service and will not be purchasing a Samsung product again. Thank you to Cesar and Robert for their excellent customer service and Awesome problem solving skills. I truly appreciate your help!”
“Dylan, in the marine department, is the man! I brought my trolling motor in with a leak and he had it fixed just a few hours later and called me to come pick it up. I fish almost everyday, for him to get it repaired that fast is amazing. Thank you!”
“I wanted to share my experience at this location. My Samsung galaxy 23 was having major issues, so I called 611, got a replacement phone delivered to another store, however the young man there was not in mood to do his job. So I left and came to this location. Immediately greeted with a Good morning someone will be right with with. I believe her name was Moe. After a short wait, Jose approached me and asked what brings me in today. I explained my problem and he said let me see what he could do. I had paid for my warranty at the other location and he was not sure if he could return the old device. He went to the back room, to probably call the other location, came back out after a while, with the receipt and said no worries, let's get your phone working. I was so thankful for his kindness and patience. Jose took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He had two other customers but made sure that I understood how long it would take and why.

Today, thanks to JoJo’s wonderful help, I was able to do that today. She not only helped me, but helped also find better deals and plans for my family and partner on another service. I had talked to other t-mobile’s previously and these options were never presented to us. The entire process was so painless and right before I knew it, i’m looking at a brand new phone with everything on it from my old one. Jojo was not only extremely sweet and helpful, but did such an amazing job making sure my mother who is on our family plan, was 100% aware of everything that would be changed on her plan with my addition to the phone. Highly recommend asking for JoJo!”
