Thought I give this store another chance after having a bad experience years ago, big mistake the staff is still rude, didn’t acknowledge us, my son had to once again go to the counter and ask for help and they seemed bothered, again felt very uncomfortable take your business elsewhere.

This DTLR location had the best customer service I’ve experienced. I went to 3 locations Grand Prairie, Arlington, and west Dallas none of these locations acknowledged me or asked if I needed help with anything and when I asked for help they seemed bothered. However when when I walked into this location there was a petite young black woman that spoke and asked if I was looking for anything specific? And a young black gentleman with glasses that pulled my order and checked me out both were so professional. It was nice to see an urban store with good customer service. Major kuddos they need a raise or someAcknowledgement!

Horrible customer service, we were paying customers and my son couldn’t use their restroom, the associate said he’d had to go next door to the 99¢ store to use the restroom.

The manager has a power trip and harrasses people who park infront of the store although its public parking, and nowhere is there signs that state "customer parking only" he's immature and shouldn't even be a manager

Horrible experience, took my son to get some shoes we had no help at all, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed help, the 2 workers were just in the front and when I finally approached for help I felt very uncomfortable, so disappointed
