They were helpful especially with helping me find what I was looking for. Pricing is fair. Great deals on their open box items with mostly only minor or cosmetic damage. They have fantastic deals atm. 50% retail price on New Open Box items. Liquidation sale of some sort. Completely legit. Friendly, polite and transaction was a breeze.
