I started coming to this office a few months ago and every visit has been incredibly helpful. All the staff are polite and get you settled quickly, I've never had to wait too long to be seen or accepted for a walk-in, and both Dr's provide detailed explanations as to what could be wrong, what options I have, and provide amazing comfort and support. As someone who struggles with medical confidence, having a Dr that listens to what I have to say makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend this office.

The experience my father had at Scottie King MD's office was profoundly disheartening and unacceptable particularly for my elderly father who was seeking a new patient visit as advised by his insurance to est. care.
Despite his vulnerability, he faced blatant cruelty and disdain from the staff.
The rejection of his insurance coverage further emphasized the practice's profit-driven agenda over genuine patient care. The front desk attendant's demeanor, especially towards my father, was demoralizing.
As a healthcare provider, witnessing such callousness fills me with profound shame and sorrow. I STRONGLY advise anyone considering seeking care here to avoid this practice at all costs. RUN FAR away from this establishment.

Been seeing Dr. King for over 15 years and he is the best!!! Spends actual time listening to your concerns and truly cares. He is a straight shooter, and truly caring! Always leave his office, grateful he is our Primary! Nurses are all great too.

Terrible customer service. I show up for my 3:15 pm, appointment that I made at 9am this morning, just to be told that they don’t take my insurance . I understand not being in-network, but waiting until a patient gets to the office and having them wait for 30 minutes in their waiting room is just terrible customer service. I provided my insurance information to them when I made the appointment. All the lady could say was “sorry Claudia we can’t see you.” Again no consideration for sick patients nor the time I loss from work and most importantly being able to find a doctor that could actually see me for my illness, it was the end of the day and I could not get in to see any doctor.

We just started going to this office, the whole staff, and Dr. King is great! From the moment you walk in the door. The wait is hardly a wait at all, they get you in really quickly during your appointment time. Dr. King is patient and works so well with my children, he is great at listening to your concerns and helping fix the issue. I really love the friendliness of the front office staff, and the nurses. Highly recommend this practice! :)

Dr. King has been our family doctor since 2012. He has seen our family grow and seen us through some pretty heavy medical issues. Dr. King found an unknown heart issue for my husband during a basic annual visit. His findings led to emergency heart surgery. Had Dr. King rushed my husbands exam, my youngest wouldn't know her father. I trust Dr. King with all my family members. He is kind, professional and extremely friendly. Unlike most other doctors he takes the time to listen to his patients and treats patients holistically while involving vetted specialists when needed.

Had my physical with the PA-C Jonathan and I loved how detailed he was. Very nice and professional. The front staff is also great.My kids usually see Dr King who is also great! I recommend this place

Dr. King has been our family Doctor since 2014. He saved my husband's life by running a simole blood test that the Dr. Ohio refused to do. She gave him pain meds and sent him on. He had cancer. Dr. King does an excellent job of explaining your illness and treatment plan. I love this practice.

Dr. King is an Outstanding Doctor! We have been patients for 20+ yrs and he is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond our expectations. The front office and nurses’ on staff are always very helpful when we need anything.

Dr. King has been my doctor for about 5 years now. I have finally had it. Nothing but money drives this individual and his staff are the rudest individuals you'll deal with. I set up a telephone consult based on the fact they were too busy to see me for an upper respiratory sickness my entire family is dealing with. My daughter is as able to get an appointment but not me so I figured I'd just do it by phone. Well they are so busy they pushed my appointment out until Monday. I didn't want to waste mine or their time so I called at first opportunity to cancel. This is when I was told they are gonna charge me $25 late fee for canceling! Lol no you're not. I assure you sir. You will no longer be my doctor. I'll find one with compassion and an understanding of business. Peace out my guy. This is coming from an individual who is in great health. Perhaps that's the thing. I'm not a good avenue for revenue for you. I'm done with this clinic.
