The employees are comfortably rude, particularly Kenneth. The store is in always in disray. I only go because of the convenience of it's location, but after today, I'm not sure if I want to return to store 1184 on Broadway.

Worst experience today went to buy Valentine’s Day balloons and one happy birthday balloon. The very rude lady blowing up the balloons refused to blow up one happy birthday balloon for me today, she said no because it’s Valentine’s Day. WTH never will I step foot in this store again!! ?
And she was on her cell phone the whole time!

The only reason for the 2 stars instead of the 1, is because the store is looking better than it used to. My main reason for this review and to make customers aware of one of the employees bad attitude. She was so rude to customers and to me. There was absolutely no reason for it either. I have reason to believe it wasn’t “just a bad day” there seems to be a trend here. Dollar tree needs to find better employees who aren’t so rude to customers.

The lady at the register was so rude to customers. The customer in front of me decided not to get 3 items and the the lady at the register told her to quit making more put backs for her to do.The customer tried to break a larger bill and the lady yelled at her and said she could not break it, take some other things off. The two other male employees that were there asked her a question if she need them up at the front, she was rude to them and told them both to go to the back. Then giggled as if being rude to people is Funny. Not only rude customer service, the store looks awful. I worked in customer service for a long time and You don't treat people like that. Will never go back to this store.
