Terrible assistant manager who refused to give me a refund on a food item even though the website clearly says that you can return merchandise within 90 days after the purchase date.

Smells terrible like weed, not very friendly. Also, don’t buy a gift card from there. They are expired.

I called DG to see what time they closed to exchange my son’s STALE Takis. Kelly answered the phone and said if you can make it in 10 mins we looked at the package on the way back to the store to see the expiration date which was 10/09/24??? When we arrived KELLY was at the front door rushing everyone saying “2minutes”. I let her know I had just called and came to exchange the chips she said second isle while my son was getting the chips she mumbled they don’t expire until October 2024. I told her to taste it herself if she thinks we’re lying!! Why would I lie about stale chips?? If she is the manager she needs to go back through Customer Service Training she is very rude!!!

I don’t understand when I clip my digital coupons for in store purchases not online I get to the register to pay its always something. I know what I’m talking about but the some cashiers and managers try to make it seem like your wrong. I’m in the business of customer service I work with several attitudes. Ms. Kelley customer service and attitude was very rude, I felt very belittled. I was trying explain my concerns and what my app was saying. DG is a scam from my point of view. I encourage you to read your receipts and report the employees that treat you ugly. Treat other the way you want to be treated.

I love DG because its convenient & they usually have everything I need. But One thing I don't like is when they have cashiers with bad attitudes. This location KELLY always has a bad attitude. If you don't like your job why do you still work here? I would rather go to Broadway & see Kandy or go to Rowlett & see Anthony or go see Naomi. NAOMI, hands down has the best store & trained the other to get there own store. Kelly, I don't see lasting at this location is she doesn't change her attitude & its all about customer service. I honestly feel like Kelly is RACIST & if honey trust me is this isn't the location for you! But this location doesn't offer self checkout doesn't take apple pay or google pay. I asked why Kellys response was the area.

Love the fact that it's walking distance from my place and I absolutely love the staff. Given it's new but they keep it clean and spotless. Definitely my new favorite store to shop at.
