If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Be careful to never wear a shirt of your favourite band in there if you’re a woman because the tall kid with shaggy brown hair will laugh at you in front of people and yell “DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHO THE LEAD SINGER OF THAT BAND IS?!”

Employee left the security tag on my clothes… when it beeped at me, they told me I’m good and to keep walking.
Now I’m 2 hours of a drive away with no way to get these things off.

Customer service in the shoe department was terrible. Went to buy some baseball turfs for my son. I checked online and it said they had the size he wears. I stood in from of the shoes for several minutes without being approached. I then scanned the shoe at the self service kiosk they have and requested the shoes to be brought out. After waiting several more minutes without service, I walked to the center of the department seeing 4 associates standing around, one of them leaning on the podium. I asked the sales associate if the kiosk even works and he told me "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't." He then went to the back, came back out and told me nope we don't have them. The next day I went to the Mesquite store, where an associate wearing a new employee badge was more than helpful. I guess gone are the days when you can expect something as small as a simple greeting.

Today we came here to buy some tennis equipment for school tryouts. The man named Hector who works primarily in the golf section on the 2nd floor was doing some work around the 2nd floor when he came across us and asked us if we needed anything. Since we knew nothing about tennis equipment, the guy was happy to help us understand everything about the equipment and what other additional things might be helpful for us such as grip strength trainers to help prepare for tennis. With his amazing help, kindness, and empathy we were well educated on the equipment such as the different types of racquets and tennis balls and what each type is beneficial for. Though this store has a not as high rating, Hector made my experience a five star quality. I appreciate you Hector for helping me prepare for tennis tryouts and giving quality service!

I have a complain to make about a employee. His name was connor and he was very very VERY disrespectful. I am so disappointed I always shop here.Quote on quote said “Idk just pick whatever shoes you want I dont care.” Which was rude because i had asked for Football shoes. I excepted his directions to the shoes since its a very big store. He also was looking at my kid VERY ugly.He also would ignore. I asked him why he wasnt answering my questions he said “You are asking to many bruh” I only asked very few straight forward questions.I cant believe this I will not be coming back And connor should be fired.Unbelievable.

Very helpful staff. Organized and clean layout. It makes it easy to find what you need and are looking for. They have a wide array of goods, which allows one to a great selection to choose from.Tanu - the assistant manager - is very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and help us navigate the store.Karanvir - young man in the shoe department - was patient as we tried on multiple sizes of different shoes. He calmly assisted and answered all questions.This is what makes a trip to a store worthwhile and something tangible, an experience you can't get online.
