Sam was super easy to work with and helped me in getting my Audi a4. Ive had the car for 3 months now and it is such a clean and nice car. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealer!!!

I saved a hard 11,000 for over a year to buy a reliable car which is a lot for a 21 year old.. soon about 1-2 months after the car starts going to cr*p. One problem after another, I really do not recommend to buy from here they buy salvage cars and fix them up the cheap way so it can mess up on your soon after you purchase.. that's why most don't come with warranty.. When I had the car I even asked what logo do I buy for my specific car and the guy sent me a complete wrong link like he doesn't even know about the cars he sells... lesson learned but do not buy from here!!!

Consumers deal with caution In the search for an Audi, I found a 2013 Audi A4 at Strategic auto sales on May 11. I return on my father May 12 to get his opinion and examine the car and go for a test drive. We filled out the financing paper through Strategic's company and got approved through a bank for 2000 down . This is foreshadowing BUT I DID WRONG; I worked a regular job and was due to start a new job soon and provided bad paystub's for the second source of income. However, I still drove off that day with the car and bought full coverage insurance. A week later, March 18 the financing with the first bank was canceled due to those bad paystub's and he called me and said I'm on your side. At that point he was aware that I had only been at my new second job for a few days. He went ahead and decided to try and set me up with a different bank using only my main job's paystubs and he told me that he would need more money down. I explained to him that I didn't get paid until Friday so he told me I can give him 500 today and then I'll give him the other 300 on the next day. I gave him a total of $2500 soon to be $2800 and I believe that was good for the second bank. They called me for verification and I went back home. Around 4:30 PM he called me and said that I needed to bring the car back and that it was "reported stolen". Upon getting to the car lot it changed to we don't have the title. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't have the title for another Audi that was there when I put money down, and for another vehicle that they received. I returned the keys; he took me home, and I thought that was it. He informed me that the the auction people were coming to pick up the car that day. As of May 21, 2:30 PM the car is still there on the lot so either he just didn't tell me I wasn't approved, wanted to cut all ties with me, or was just a liar. I originally wasn't going to get my money back until Monday, May 22, but due to my dad's phone call, he swiftly sent my money back from "from "his personal bank account" which was a lie. It came from Strategic auto group llc. Definitely, don't provide files additional income; stick to what you have. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY ASKED TO SEE THE TITLE BEFORE ANYTHING. ALL OF THIS COULD'VE BEEN AVOIDED if he was honest about his side. Left a bad taste in my mouth but Im rollin in the car I wanted from another company. This was just my experience This review was asked to be left by Sam After posting my review on May 21st, he threatened to sue me for defamation and damage to the vehicle.

paid $40,000 for a charge march 27 2023 Sam is who I talked to I drive the car and when I tapped the gas it slid a little I just figured it was the power due to Sam telling me yea just put tires on it but that was a lie I had to buy 4 new tires the lights shining in the sky instead of on the road so on April 20 2023i contact Sam to let him know the car making a weird noise in the back and the mechanic saying it's the differential Sam tells me they just put a new differential on the car to check to see if it needs oil put the oil in the noise stopped but Aprop 24 2023 I was rearrange rear needed and insurance refuses to fix the differential because they say it was not damaged in the incident so here it is I haven't had a car a month and it no longer works why strategic having fun spending my 40k do not do business with these people they try to act all innocent and loyal by acting like their Muslims but their only scammers looking to sale faulty cars my name is Lashodrick hartwell my phone number is +14697859011 you can call to see this is a real review

They were very wonderful, helped me find the perfect Audi that suits my every need. Both Sam and Ali were very kind and were quick and responsive. They gave me a great price on the car and the car is amazing. Buying a car is hard, but they both made it easy. Will for sure go back and buy again from them in the future!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!!!! I bought a car in janurary that was total defective and when asked for a refund he told me that I bought a used car and that he would not issue a refund. 4,000 + dollars spend for a car that has not worked for more than 1 week since I bought it
