I got this medicine at CVS Target at Garland I was shocked as to why my prescription bottle was just half-full of gel. I have to go there tomorrow, and ask them why my gell bottle isn't full. Only half a gel bottle? Looks like someone stole or used it before giving it to me. I believe this is unethical for a large corporation like CVS.

The staff at the CVS pharmacy at 5301 N Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040 inside the Target are simply the best!! ALWAYS friendly, helpful and patient. If you need a prescription filled, this specific CVS pharmacy is where you want to go!!

If I could give less than one star I certainly would! After over 15+ years using this pharmacy I must say I have NEVER seen worse customer service or care! In the last year it has drastically gone down hill!!!! No answer or call back on the pharmacy line( God help you if you needed urgent information) no regard to instructions about re- fills , etc…. Tried to have all meds changed to another pharmacy and they ignored request from new pharmacy for days! Still haven’t sent all the information! It is totally out of control! No wonder BSBS insurance is starting to drop them!I will be happy to be out when and if we ever get them to respond! Terrible Service!!!!!!!

Do not shop here staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly do not shop here I repeat do not shop here you go to Walgreens go to any other CVS in Dallas but do not shop here

Was Prescribed Amoxicillin Liquid for my daughter after we came from the ER and when we arrived home I went to give her medication however 1. There was no a measuring cup or syringe 2. The liquid was powder. I did not feel comfortable giving my daughter the powder as I have not seen that before. I call CVS to ask for advice but the location was closed for the day. I went on to call the 24-hour CVS in Wylie and was told that the Amoxicillin that I had was not mixed with water but they could do it for me. It was too late so I went back to the one here at Target and they corrected the medication with an apology. My only concern is if I did not question the medication and went forward with giving my child the Amoxicillin God knows what the outcome would be. So best check everything before you leave moving forward
