Their automatic answer machine is the worst! It is impossible to get someone from the pharmacy to answer. It has very few options and it keeps going back to the main menu. It is frustrating.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. I had been a customer of this drugstore for the past 10 years. We moved to this store when they closed down the one near my house. They majority of our visits were with a "normal" waiting time. However, today was the cherry on top of my cake
1- my prescription was nowhere to be found. I called the doctor's office and they had to contact them to find it.
2- After they find the RXs I had to wait again in the line for it.
3- I am getting the medication after almost 30 minutes with a high price because they are creating a duplicate "profile" that does not have my insurance on file and now I have to wait for them to fix it.
4- the technician that is helping me goes to ask someone else "Cinthia or Cristina" ca not remember her name, she calls out my name reverified my Infomation in another window and asked me to go back to the same window that I was before by only saying " they will help you here". Noone is there another 10 minutes are passing by and where is my medication. She only throw the package at the pharmacies desk and not even a "here is thus the client is waiting" when I'm incurring about it Cynthia's response is "I DID MY PART" seriously, this is beyond of ridiculous and unprofessional. The pharmacist was completely lost of the situation happening. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! I really hope something gets look into. 6 people working the same shift and the lines are as long as a black friday day something is not obviously working.

Terrible hours . They r not open when we go to work or after v come back to work and an hour lunch . Sunday. Closes at 5 other days at 6. What is the use of this pharmacy ? Nonsense.

This used to be the only place I filled prescriptions. Staff was always great and helpful. CVS changed their policy where you can't call and speak to someone anymore. You leave a voicemail and hope they return the call. Don't expect them to actually LISTEN to your voicemail or care what your problem was. Don't expect them to do anything to assist you either. I was an ExtraCare/CarePass member and I filled dozens of prescriptions here. Canceled my membership and moved all my prescriptions to other stores that actually have decent service.

I love this particular CVS!! I had an issue with my care card today and Rifat and “Blaze” and Mohammed and Ibrahim were absolutely amazing!! They took their time helping me fix my account.. These teammates are always so pleasant and extremely helpful!! Thanks guys!! I’ll be back and tell all of my friends!!!?

I've never seen a healthcare establishment care less about their client's health. I was in line at close for my prescription. They shut down their security shades while I was in line, claiming they have no control over their registers at 8 pm. They have to turn you away, even if you're already in line. What a worthless place. I will never use any CVS again.

The pharmacy is always out of medicine. The staff is not helpful. They don’t answer phones or return messages. Slow to help when you arrive.

I don't recommend this branch. This is our local preferred store but today We were redirected to a different cvs branch after getting a last minute "out of order" notice up on in person visit for an order that took a week of waiting that too it was for a regular monthly order .Unfortunately we had to go through the waiting and extra commute like a new customer in the new location.
