Very bad customer service. I had been scheduled for my prescription refill a certain date, I even got a message from CVS so I planned around that date to get it filled due to taking a small dose and almost running out, so the prior day I went to ensure they had it in-stock, I did ask if it was possible to just go head and fill it since it was just a day prior the date stated on the automated message from CVS, the pharmacist says-“ no” it’s to early and that actually the system is not right “ and he started finger counting to determine what day he thought was the right one, I explained that I would run out on the fill date and that I had to work that I needed by at least the day promised, he continued to state no that he would manually block the prescription to his discretion because technically the system would allow the fill. Later on that day I call CVS customer service to see if they could help me fill and just to give feedback on the automated messaging error fast forward to the day the pharmacist determined himself he would make the fill (day after the message the day in the automated message) after a long day at work and feeling sick I get to the counter and he tells me that I reported a compliant and that because of that he is not going to fill my prescription, I explained that it wasn’t a complaint and more so feedback he responded with well I’m. Not helping you, tell you doctor to send it elsewhere. This was at 5:30 pm (doctor office was closed already)… :(
I feel like the pharmacist took the feedback personal and retaliated against me and my health. Void getting your prescription here get it at a different CVS most of them have good pharmacist unfortunately not this one!!

Very bad customer services. I ASKED THE THEM FOR RECEIPT, the asian skinny old lady. Afterward waiting about 2 hours, she told me to come the next day.Just for receipt, plus she had an attitude.I will never do anything with this pharmacy. I recommend you the same thing.Unless you want to wait for a day or hours to get your drugs,don't go ever there.

They have a very limited selection at this location. They refused to honor a return, even though the other store said they would return it.

Only use the pharmacy here but honestly they never have my prescriptions in stock. It's the same one every 3 months you'd think they'd stock it after 3 years of me having it. So I was left without last night. And because it wa spit on hold they didn't order it. Will need to remind my doctor not to send my prescriptions to this location.

This store is closed to the public as of 8/5/23. The drive thru pharmacy is still functional but you can't shop here or go inside to the pharmacy.

I called at 11:46am on a Sunday and needed a prescription transferred here so my child could have their meds tonight. I informed the pharmacy associate that our regular pharmacy was out of stock and I wanted to know if they had it and if it could be filled today. He assured me it wouldn’t be a problem - but made zero mention of the fact that the pharmacy closes at 1:30 on Sunday’s. I never received any notification that my prescription was ready and by the time I tried to follow up - they were closed. I don’t use CVS anyways but this just reinforces my favor to other pharmacies. Very disappointed.

Not sure why the bad reviews, I guess everyone has a different experience. Ive been coming to this pharmacy since 2019 and Never had any problem with either dropping off or picking up lrescriptios or with the staff. Theyre aleays so helpfull in everything !!!!

They have a really, really, really bad customer service from the cashier to management, bad attitude, they are rude, the worst store, I got no choice to come here for my medicines, and it's not only one employee is all the employees at this store.
