I went to pickup some behind the counter allergy medicine. Stood at the counter while the employees talked among themselves. A car pull up to the window and another lady came to the other counter location. Still no response. Finally a young man walked past both of us at the counter to help the drive through. Okay, I guess I get that. Then another employee came out to help the woman who arrived after me. I'm still ok, but no one has even acknowledged my existence. I wait another minute and decide they don't need my business. I went to Walgreens and was treated like a paying customer.

Overall, I dread going to CVS. I have to commend Jackie (hopefully I got that right!), woman with long dark hair working at 1:30 PM on August 26. Wow! Best CVS employee I’ve ever interacted with. She was being pulled in 100 different directions, but never lost her smile, her helpful tone, and eye contact with each person she interacted with. Just stellar work, and kudos to you, Jackie.

Hate going here, especially speaking to the older Asian lady in the Pharmacy. She can barely understand what I'm saying half the time and vice versa. I only go because it's close and it's what my insurance takes. If she comes up to the window - ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

I made a photo order online. I received a confirmation that it would be ready the next day. Later I was emailed saying there’s a delay. So in the day it was supposed to be ready I called first and the guy told me that someone on their end canceled my order because they didn’t have the material and they were supposed to call me. But no one did. And note I have to reorder it and choose a different location.

went in to get some Sudafed, which of course is in the pharmacy. I was there at 5:45. The pharmacy was closed. The lady at the checkout told me the pharmacist would be right back to come back at six so I did nobody was there and she wasn’t coming back the pharmacy was closed. She had closed early! Don’t ever depend on them for your Pharmacy needs.

Sometimes I don't understand people at the pharmacy window. You see them get their bag & then they sit there another 10 minutes before they pull off.
Also I wish CVS would stop telling me about my meds that I've taken for years & probably know the side effects & rules for taking better than the pharmacist. So tired of every time I fill my prescriptions I have to wait for them to come remind me don't drive while taking something as it can cause dizziness.
I always make sure to read the information & instructions before I take something new.

I was having problems at the self check register and this young man, Aldrich came up to the register without hesitation. He was extremely kind. I have never had this type of help or assistance in this store. Aldrich had a smile the entire time he was assisting me.
Thank you Aldrich, I left the store with a big smile.

If I could write the zero stars, I would I never write reviews. I know everyone says that, but I actually don’t you can check my Google profile anyways the pharmacist is the rudest person I’ve ever met or even spoken to over the phone. They wouldn’t let me get a word in to explain why I was calling within they decided to ask what would I like them to do for me then? — maybe you could do YOUR job I’m not really sure but, that is pretty standard and that’s not even about filling a medication I’m talking about just having common human decency when you work in the customer service/medical field. He has no business doing what he does. I will call district and I will then call corporate corporate and I will do everything in my power to have him fired. Stay FAR AWAY!!
