I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PHARMACY TODAY TO THE POINT OF TEARS! I WAITED IN THE PHARMACY LIKE 40 MINS FOR ECZMA PRESCRIPTION FOR MY DAUGHTER THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN 30 MINS THEN I COME BACK JUST TO WAIT 40 MINS SHE ACTED LIKE CVS DIDNT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE THEN COMES BACK AND SAYS THEY DO. I’ve been using cvs for my pharmacy for 15 years and I will never be back this is the WORST pharmacy staff I’ve ever met this needs to be escalated to a corporate level and that is what I will be doing.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I made an appointment for a Covid rapid test and they told me that their system was down when trying to put my information? How were they putting my information when I never gave them my information to put in, in the first place. They did not help guide me on other options I had. Like what happened to helping people out, especially when it comes to their health. Very disappointing.

I had received a text about my medication yesterday so I gave the pharmacy a call. The person who answered the phone was very rude. She tried to dictate to me about my medication. My medication will not be in until Monday or so. Then she tried to tell me that the medication can not be transferred to another pharmacy so you better deal with it. I told her ma'am I know that. I will have my doctor send my medication to another pharmacy. She got rude and said that do whatever. I hung up the phone. I will never go back to that place again. If that is how staff act at the store then God bless their soul. If you are not happy there they should find another job.

They were in a mess , with a long waiting time, poor customer service, and finally, they lost my insurance card! Then they found it on the floor.

Traveling and needed medication - don't ever stop here. I waited 25 hours and had to camp in their parking lot. Even after I contacted my California insurance company 4 different times when I went back to the pharmacy they still didn't have anything ready. I had no cash on me and other medications were missing.available and demanded I pay $1.55

I called and asked how much they charge to blow up balloons and I was told yes and that it is free. She said they have the tank of helium. I tell her that I called Walmart too and they said they do but when I got there they said they don't. When I go to CVS the lady I spoke to went to get this Idian lady and she said it's .50 and then said they can't do it. So is the helium tank just for show in these stores????

I sat on hold for 19 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to answer my call. There is literally no excuse in the world good enough for it to take you 20 minutes to answer a ringing phone.
