Aside from the location being well secured, cleaned, organized and always well lighted up, the staff is amazing. They are flexible to your needs, even if what you want they can’t provide they will point you in the right direction. When you forget to close the garage door, they shoot you a note. When there is an issue with your payment, they contact you not just lock your unit. I drive 20 miles out of my way because the service is that great. Thank you

I have nothing but good things to say about this location!! They’re responsive, clean, and, affordable. Other storage facilities might not keep up with suspicious activity, but I know Lexi does a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Urgent Warning: Avoid Storage King on 1010 Hebron Dr, Garland, TX 75040! ZERO STARS (not an option) My experience as a customer for over 3 years has been absolutely Horrifying! The management team at this facility engages in unethical practices that harm their customers. It has been reported that the management deliberately sets up customers for failure by imposing unreasonable penalties and locking up units for minor delays in payment. This deceptive behavior aims to force customers into default so that the facility can auction off their belongings for profit. Moreover, numerous complaints about deceptive practices have been lodged with the attorney general's office and BBB, highlighting the severity of the situation. In light of these disturbing revelations, I strongly advise against utilizing the services of Storage King on Hebron Drive. Lastly, the storage unit has a huge rat infestation that has destroyed the property many with rat feces and urine plus dead rats in our units. They refuse to handle the rat problem as well. I am committed to spreading the word to prevent others from falling victim to these unjust practices and disgusting rat problems.

Rick is always professional and helpful! He returns phone calls in a timely manner and I would recommend him and Storage King because it is climate controlled and clean!!
