I called to ask a simple question, and one of your male employees hung up in my face. He didnt even attempt to answer it. It was a very simple question, non confrontational, I was very polite, I always am. I don’t know why he hung up, then he ignored my other calls. Ghetto store with ghetto employees. Pure trash. We will be canceling our service with your store and switching to a more professional company. If I were the franchise owner of this location I would immediately fire him.

I went in to pay my phone bill on Friday , September 16 and this really big girl who’s apparently the manager was so rude. She didn’t greet me when I walked in and was sitting down on her phone acting like I’m getting on her nerves. If she doesn’t wanna work her big self could have stayed home.

They might have cheap prices, but lack so much customer service….I called on Thursday and ask if I could return the phone that just got 3 days ago and a man that sounded like Middle Eastern said that they do not accept returns. After the call I when to check on the receipt and it says you can return it after 7 days. So my husband went yesterday to this store which would be the 6th day of having the phone without using it, and they were in lunch break, my husband waited almost an hour and they never opened it or anybody arrived (I do not understand why the whole store has to be closed for break time, I guess they can’t take turns). So, today the 7th day, I called about returning the phone and the lady said that I can not return it because it is the 7th day which it does not makes sense when the receive says “AFTER 7 DAYS.” My point here is: “the receipt might say about the returning policy, but this store does not want to accept returns” they lie!!!!! Please check your receipts and know your rights!Sadly I am not a Karen if I was, I would have called the cops.

This store needs definite attention I walked in the girl didn't even greet me didn't even ask me what I needed told her what was wrong she handed me the key to fix it myself and told me to fix it myself wow you should be paying me not her anyways I'll never be back at this store again how rude y'all really need to get some attention over there it's ridiculous I'll never go to that store again

Has Had a crude handwritten sign that says "be back" on the door for 2 days straight. I don't they they will "be back" at this point.

Went in to the cricket store to get new phones for me and my kids. The girls in the store are so nice and helpful. They even tried to get my phone line price lowered with a program that takes $50 off my bill.

AWFUL Service by a big girl called herself “manager” very poor customer service, so much attitude on top on that !! She refused to sell me an Iphone, when I told her I was going make a complain about her rude attitude. Made a smart remark about the location being HER STORE.

Joslin was very professional and helpful. She stay late after the store closed just because I said I was coming up there and they close in 5 min. Did not even to commit to buying the service and she stay. She didnt rush me and my nieces at all.
