Two stars because Brandon or Daniel. tall Mexican guy with a beanie and glasses was apparently too cool to help. I walked in trying to buy an iPhone he was irritated on his phone just anything except helping. i asked alot of questions & he just left me flabbergasted. I've worked sales before I understand business. But this guy honestly guy if you don't like working just stay home . I was in a rush because I work and he was so helpless I can't. Sorry Cricket :((((

Eric and Nancy were the best 2 phone representatives I've meet in along time. Especially with the economy being so hard, they were super helpful and friendly and very informative! The ACP program was a savior for me I highly recommend anyone who can be approved to stop by this location and submit an application for this program!

Dude at the counter was less than helpful. I went to another location and it was a great experience. I explained that worker's attitude at the other location and they knew exactly who I was talking about because they said that it was normal for him to act that way all of the time.

I went to pay for my phone today and the guy who is answering it just seems like he wants people not to come in, because he needed to be on the phone, he doesn't explain things well, he leaves you alone, I definitely won't return to this store , I prefer to pay by phone, bad service.
