I have been with them for 4 months and a lot of problems with my phone all that time, according to the free phone number and in the end I paid 100... the guy doesn't give me a receipt... the next day I'm going to ask for my receipt to verify what I had charged
I saw that he put protectors on the phone and all that, he never asked me if I wanted to buy all that.
I thought it was part of the promotion...and that was what they had charged me.... but it doesn't work, I don't receive msgs
And I discovered that the guy was the manager... BEWARE... IF YOU GO THERE DON'T LET THEM CHARGE YOU EXTRA THINGS

I went in to help my mom with her new phone because it needed and esim. There was a Hispanic and a lady. The lady was nice and trying to help but the Hispanic man was rude, condensing and very unhelpful. He tried telling us that the phone is locked and didn’t even bother checking. When I looked it up it showed unlocked. The other worker lady tried telling him and he got exasperated to the point he said “just go somewhere else” returned my money in cash and left my mom with no phone connected. Didn’t even bother helping AT ALL. I was very unhappy with this situation. I ended up going to the other broadway location and they were at least nicer. I ended up fixing the problem myself but still, we will NEVER come back to this location. Save yourself your time and just go somewhere else, they left my mom without a phone connected and didn’t even offer to connect her old phone back. We went in with 1 phone connected and a new phone and left with no phones connected.

I used to have cricket for YEARS then got spectrum for a year or so. I thought i would go back to cricket but it’s been HORRIBLE. I saw a promotion online and went into the store to get it and the guy said i was able to if i paid 3 months in advance. A moth passes by and i get a message from cricket saying my bill is due. Very confused i called the store and they wouldn’t talk to me so i went into the store and they said there was nothing they could do and to call customer service. Customer service then told me to go back to the store. The guy in the store absolutely played me just to get a sale! And he was super rude when i asked him why he lied. Took my money and did god knows what with it. And refuses to do anything about it. I reported it to cricket and will be following up soon. I have to keep this phone for 6 months and when the time is up i will never use cricket again! Awful customer service

Do not let the guy owner or who ever the grey hair guy install apps on your phone , or to see your contacts , that is a violation of privacy, i didn't know why he was taking so long , it turns out he was texting my contacts to get their business!! Avoid this place

GREAT STORE !! The young lady Melissa helped me so much with porting me in from metro ! Gave me wonderful service and helped me picked a good choice with phones and now I’m happy with my service and phone thank you so much for caring ! She needs a raise has to much patience and good attitude!
