The customer service received from the store manager, Irene was top notch! However, this store was super hot due to the a/c not working, I was sweating within minutes of just walking into the store and standing there waiting to pay my phone bill. If you are needing to spend a longer period of time in the store, I would advise to go to a different location until this gets fixed. Honestly, these would be poor working conditions, I feel bad for that crew.

I love the workers there they are great with what they do and they respect your decision they are so kind with you the manager Irene is awesome to talk to you and will help you out but it's so hot ? in the store hopefully they fix it

Customer service was awesome. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Friendly employees. I only come to this location. Tried going to other locations, they don't compare.

Salesman was very friendly and tried to accommodate me. However, their prices were too high, so I didn't purchase a phone from them.

Today, November 12, 2023, I went to that store and definitely the chubby lady and the 2 young people who are there do not help you with anything, I recommend looking for another location because the workers there do not provide good service if you do not like their job, look for another one but Do not behave towards the clientele, I hope that before entering there you look at the comments and think before entering, that is my opinion, a horrible experience.

The simple truth is that it is a bad experience to find out how to pay to live there. Before, there was a guy there who served well. Now, not now, there is a fat woman and a guy who has hair like a woman's, so I think it's bad vibes if they don't want to serve the customer. people well I didn't work there or I don't know about angry with problems with the people of any no I don't have problems with the guy there nor do I know him well if not like he treated me he treated me very all annoying everything I don't know why they change the staff the that I had before there attended

Added a line to our plan. Not only did the worker go to another store and pick up the phone we wanted that they were out of and bring it back, but they helped us sign up for the assistance program! They were patient and super helpful. 10/10 would recommend and go back.

So I bought a phone a case and a tempered glass screen and was charged Dallas TX mta 3 freaking times not to mention a upgrade charge that I never asked for literally fees for everything in total I should have payed like 220 but somehow with all these upgrades and 3 freaking sales TX I somehow payed 280... beware of these place seems like a scam to me

Indeed closed an hour before the opening hours, during service hours they kept me in the cold for 30 minutes without opening the door, they didn't even have the attention to come out to say that it was already closed, they had the open sign on and there were several customers outside, the person I was only answering the closed sign and that's because a customer knocked on the door and that's how I got their attention. They never answer the phone. It's outrageous. Not all people have the schedule to go at the time they want or feel like serving, many We work and we have that little time to go to the premises and everything so that it is closed during service hours, it is better to change the current hours. CLOSED at 7:00

That turkey neck witch of a manager (I believe her name is Crystal) was one of the worst managers I’ve ever encountered. Completely Rude and took advantage of my old dad who only uses ONLY flip phones but was up sold a USED “smart” phone! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

They were very helpful.The rep that assist us didn't take much time to figure our exactly what we needed help with which made her very knowledgeable.As soon as she identified the issue she immediately took care of it. We were in and out of there in under 8mins.
