Excellent if you really love your four-legged family member!!! My dog's ear was bleeding. He had an ear infection. I called Petmobile Pet Hospital, where I would normally take my dog, Dakota. They coldly just said no. I called Club Hill. The person who answered the phone was very understanding. She asked me to hold while she spoke to the Vet. They moved an appointment around and were able to fit Dakota into their busy schedule the same day. Petmobile might beat others on price, but I prefer quality and service over price when it comes to my dog. Thank you, Club Hill. We have a new Vet for Dakota.

I've been taking all of my pets her since I was born practically. I miss the old doctor that owned the vet she was so helpful and kind I was happy to see her even on sad terms just due to the fact I knew she would do her best to take care of of my baby. Since she's retired the new doctor has stopped selling the affordable flee medicine for my pets and has doubled everything in price. Thankfully I haven't experienced the other employees neglecting their duties due to some of the adoring my dogs. But I did have times where I'd ask for the price on specific things and after I heard the receptionist make it known that they gave me a specific price to stick with. Another issue I've had is where, when he started working there he met my animals and had the chance to help work with them and dr.Dewit after she retired I had to make 3-6 appointments for each of my dogs so that he could meet them and what not. I've also noticed how the new doctor doesn't seem to care about our pets and cannot communicate properly to his patients Sadly I recently lost my cat 2 weeks after being told that she had ACCUTE kidney failure (which is treatable if caught early and it was) along with her having gingivitis. I was told she needed to have a dental cleaning so they took her to the back and I assumed they were doing what they recommended. I was charged for it even but it was clear as day she didn't have any sort of cleaning done; due to the fact after one week she started having trouble even opening her mouth I planned to take her to the vet again the day after Christmas instead I had to take her to the emergency vet and was told she was having renal failure and had lacerations on her gums so I got the emergency vets clinic and had to take her there last Tuesday instead of club hill I'm not one to bad mouth people but I don't recommend anyone bringing their pet here Please do go through others reviews and see all the stuff the new owner has done and change

They took care of my baby so well. She stopped itching in 1 day when he said it could take a week. Very wonderful bedside manner. Knowledge level was confident yet calm and assuring. Explained everything simple and to the point. I appreciate communication like that.

We have brought most of our cats here and have always had a wonderful experience. Small facility but gives a warm welcoming atmosphere. Their resident cat Chai is the sweetest too if you ever have a chance to meet her

I called for a friend's cat who was sick and I spoke with Nadia who was EXTREMELY nice and caring. She even worked my friend sick cat into the vet. Thank you Nadia that was so incredibly compassionate. On the other hand my friend told me that he understood Nothing what the vet said due to his very heavy accent so the assistant had to tell him what was wrong. Well his cat came home with his medicine and passed away 3 days later. I just wanted to say thank you Nadia for you compassion. It does make a HUGE difference. As of 10-17-2023 I got a response from the clinic which was incredibly nice. They gave me an email so that they could look I guess at the Practicing Vet.

It is a great Vets office. Long time patient of past vet so getting used to the new vet was somewhat bumpy. The fact that a lot of the staff is the same helped. I now have been there 4-5 times I am quite comfortable with the new owners. I would highly recommend Club Hill Animal Clinic for your furry family members.

**UPDATE*Situation resolved enough that I will give them another try. I have revised my rating to 3 stars, in fairness of their effort. I’ll return for my pup’s care and hopefully raise to a 5 star rating. I will assess if my comments were put into play and whether to continue with care here. All I said in my earlier review was true. The Doctor was concerned enough to reach out, in an effort to identify and correct issues. I respect that and will schedule again when the need arises.Prior one star review:I just got my dog's annual check up and he also was having an allergy problem. I wasn't aware the clinic had been sold. I am a client for over 30 years of Dr Dewitt. Finest vet I have ever encountered, by far. More than friendly and helpful staff, historically.I asked the price of this visit and was told $150. When I checked out I was charged $320. | immediately pointed out there was a mistake and the gal checking me out said my dogs routine check up and shots were $150 and the allergy shot was an additional $170. If someone is asking the cost of a service, they want the whole cost. VERY deceptive. Then I am given a rabies tag with the wrong phone number etched and had to go back to pick it up. I was told I had to pay $5. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. Brianna G. didn't care at all when I said I wouldn't be returning, just smiled and said in a happy voice "it's only $5, if you want the tag and it’s your choice not to return”. The allergy shot did not work as well, her response to that was "the allergy shots don't always work for all dogs" For $170 shot, maybe you should mention that before administering as well as the VERY high cost.Let me over charge the vet (owner), make him pay $5 for my mistake and give him $170 shot for his animal that doesn't work. He should absolutely love his business model!!Don't wonder what happened to your client base. In the big picture you need the clientele base that Dr Dewitt built. A successful veterinarian office requires more than a medical degree on the wall. Unethical business practices, high prices and staff with poor attitudes are not a business model that survives.Couldn't be more different thanDr Dewitt’s medical and business practices were.

I used to love this clinic,However, the new Doctor/management is absolutely terrible. About 3 weeks ago I took my dog for annual shots and I got charged almost $500. Now I took him in for a dental cleaning and they are charging me $200 per tooth remove aside the $535. That I already paying for cleaning his teas. Absolutely a reap off. I do not recommend this office anymore.

Do NOT take your pets there under any circumstances. Dr. Dewitt is gone and this place has gone to the crapper. The front desk personnel is not only rude, but completely incompetent. Maria is one of the worst and does not need to be dealing with the public. That woman must have a miserable life to have such a nasty attitude! Ugly inside and out. New doctor can barely speak English and is only there for the money. My dog was given the meds that was for someone else's much bigger dog. I caught it before I gave it to him! I left for good that day. They won't last long the way they treat people. Dr. Dewitt is missed by too many pet parents to count.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place and can honestly say..DO NOT let those influence you. I hesitated coming here due to Dr. DeWitt leaving. I’ve been coming with my family to this place since I was in high school (30 years) and I can say from experience that there isn’t anything the staff wouldn’t do to help you. I’m happy to see a lot of familiar faces greeting me with a smile when I walk in. Will continue to come with all 8 of our pets.

Dr. Sekar is very knowledgeable, kind, and direct! Our girls have been patients here for several years and have always been treated professionally and with lots of care. We had to have emergency care for one of our girls, and they were very accommodating and helped us through her transition and end of life. Options are always laid out for us when big decisions need to be made and our questions are always answered directly. Each person we’ve met throughout the years has been great and prices are reasonable!

We used to love Club Hill when Dr. Jan was there. The new Doctors are unprofessional, want to suggest more invasive procedures first and are unwilling to listen to the pet parent. I have seen increasingly poor reviews of the new management on Nextdoor and personally know of 2 other families who are switching practices. Do better, be better with your bedside manner and customer service. To Club Hill, our "pets" may be just animals to you, but to some of us they are family.

I have been a client of Club Hill Animal Clinic for more than thirty years. Doctor DeWitt was not only our veterinarian, she was as our friend. Club Hill is also a small local business. I want to support local. Doctor DeWitt sold her business to an individual, not a corporation. She wanted Club Hill to remain independent and local. Dr.Dewitt has professional respect for Dr.Saker ! I met the newest doctor, Dr.Maddox and had an awesome appointment with him . Dr.Dewitts friendly staff is still there. I will continue to support Club Hill Animal Clinic !
