Had to get a last minute brake and rotor change right before a vacation and Jonah managed to squeeze me in and help me when I was in a pinch. Feels like new again!

I got an alignment done here and when i got my car back the traction light was on and my steering wheel was crooked when it was not before. They tried to tell i hit something and it was probably my axel. I went to the brakes plus in rowlett and they fixed everything thing for free since it was still under warranty. I gave the brakes plus in rowlett 5 stars

Friendly & informative staff, needed an inspection on my brakes and my struts. Not only were the inspections free but they were more transparent & informative than any other garage I've ever been to. Ashley explained everything to me and what I'd need to do in the near future with a full estimate. I'm glad a reliable garage is basically in my backyard!

The staff here is incredible and incredibly helpful. They guided me through everything I needed to do and worked within my budget. While I didn’t catch everyone’s name, Haley and the rest of the team were amazing. I highly recommend this location.
Update: I went back for an oil change, and the staff informed me about an online coupon I hadn’t noticed, which saved me more than I expected. They provided exceptional customer service and truly went out of their way to help me. Shoutout to Alex for answering my questions regarding my brakes and for the oil change.

Jonah was very nice and helped me with my repairs, this was my second time going for service. Haley helped me my first visit and she was great and helpful aswell. Great service, not too overly priced, and nice employees.

Just had my second appointment with this location and had another great experience. This time was just a synthetic oil change package. The previous appointment was for 3 larger maintenance issues (transmission, a/c and brake fluid) that saved me a few hundred dollars from what the Nissan dealership quoted. Both experiences were great - great communication, courteous service, reasonable wait time and no suggested additional services mentioned that I didn't actually need (this is a pet peeve of mine). Will definitely return.
