We do drop off daycare for my son whenever our normal sitter can’t watch him, and we’ve done this for other schools as well but my son LOVES this place out of all the schools we’ve tried. I have nothing but good things to say about all the teachers who welcome our toddler and my family whenever it’s time for pick up.

I should have posted this a lot sooner but after being there for over a month my son was moved up to 2's class and after day 2 I pulled him out because of the mental and physical abuse my son was put through with that new teacher. She got upset because he saw his teacher from toddler room and started crying got his face and made him out his hands to his side. Then because he didn't stop crying out him in timeout and proceeded to get in his face about crying. I was so upset I was watching all of this on the live camera and I called direct and as she went to the class room she caught her in his face and when asked why she said he won't stop crying. I was so upset that I go pick him up but said I would bring him the next day, that changed after I saw the bruise on his side although it was small where the bruise was located was just a weird spot and when I asked him what happened he said teacher and proceeded to cry. After that I simply could not take him back. He was just so terrified and. Although I couldn't prove it was her because the timeout chair was in a position cameras don't catch what she did him telling me teacher was enough. Two months later of pulling him out I ask him who gave you ouchie and touch around the same area he still says teacher. Please be aware and really check in and look for any bruises that are not in a normal spot don't dismiss the small ones. Please! Also they said they would investigate but no one ever got back with me so I hope that teacher is no longer there.. the only reason that I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because they do have great teachers but not all of them are great please be aware!!!

Donot take your children to this awful place, Those “ caretakers” (and I use that work loosely)should be in a different line of work, I wish I could give them a 0 rating!

I cannot rave enough about this day care. The staff that has been employed for years truly care about the children. They build a bond and trust with the kids. They have several apps where you can see your kids all through out the day. You can message them, call them, and email and they'll always respond promptly. I love the communication on special events like teacher appreciation week, holiday parties, and summer activities. My 3 year old knows his alphabet, colors, shapes, numbers, write his name, and even got potty trained all by the day care.(I don't complete reviews with my real name.)

Valerie is so mean I don’t suggest this daycare for 2-3 year old the newborn yes schoolers yes but beware they handle your kid ruff in the 2 room or for say Valerie is the one. Director covers her up cause they’re shortstaff and she lives 2 min from school.

We live close by and we hear and see one lady in particular always yelling at the children. I’m glad I decided to keep my littles where they already were because if I heard someone screaming at my children like that every day I wouldn’t be very happy. Someone needs to retrain her and maybe others on how to speak with kids especially little ones or find a different field of work. I hope this is fixed and other parents pay ATTENTION to what your kids say.

Some great benefits to coming to Childtime. WatchMeGrow which allows to see the children doing their activities through out the day. Also Brightwheel app. The teacher is able to send pictures and videos of their day. Able to let me know what is going on in the classroom and what is being learned. Secured entry into the school and a secure sign in and out area. Fun loving teachers and staff, always have some fun things happening at the school.

I love this daycare because they communicate with you and if there is ever an issue they try to fix it quickly they are very professional. I love my daughters teachers Keisha and Ashley they are so sweet and good teachers!

If i could give a 0 star rating i would. Called to ask about info for an infant and was told they had 2 spots. In the background i heard an adult yelling at a child "hurry your a** up, don't nobody have your f*cking time." And the person i was speaking to hung up. (I think she realized i heard what the teacher was telling the kid) Still decided to go in to your the daycare but once i arrived they told me i wasn't allowed in because they didn't have spots open. Very unprofessional business!

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT put your children in this facility. Not only are they beyond unorganized, the teachers are rude & so is the front desk staff. They screw up and insinuate that you or your child are the issue. They take no responsibility for their terrible actions. My son started there and on the very first day I was watching the cameras and he had urinated on himself, it took them 15 minutes to get him out of his wet pants. The same exact day I get a message from the center saying that my child had bust his lip. We get home later that night and I brush his teeth before bed only to find out that my son's front tooth was knocked loose. He is two years old. They then Did not want to grant me access to see the video of him falling, until at threatened to lawyer up. The last straw for me was when they sent my son home and DAMP pissy clothes; there is no telling how long he had been sitting in them.... If you love your children do not send them to this facility. I had a lot of time to sit and watch the videos, and watching how the teachers handle the students is maddening on its own. During naptime they put another child's blanket on my child and claims they never had his blanket and can't find it. I do not recommend this school to anyone.

I am a helicopter mom and like knowing what my kids are doing when they are in daycare. Childtime sends constant pictures and videos of what the kids are doing keep me updated on what they eat when, diaper changings and naps as well and that’s helps put a lot as a mom. I would definitely recommend them for anybody who like to have info ????

My two children went here for a little over a year. Teachers are great. I feel they truly cared for my kiddos. We only made a switch due to hours being limited and another center was able to accommodate online learning for the start of school this year. Sad to go! Otherwise, a great option for your family! I especially loved the app that allowed me to see and save photos of my kids that I normally would never have! Thank you for a great year.

I enrolled my daughter into this daycare only because it was referred by my job through a discounted program. I regret enrolling her here.1. During the pandemic she had to attend school here at this daycare and she is in a bilingual class and they were struggling to find someone to help with her work. They only had one staff member that is bilingual but unfortunately was unable to help her because she was in a different class. When I spoke to one of the managers if in the long run we could please hire more bilingual people she said “Only if they meet the criteria”... I thought maybe a simple yes will look it to it, would have been fine.2. They’re not allowed to bring a lunch box. I found it odd because most public schools allow this. My daughter is a very picky eater and she would come home from daycare very hungry. They don’t allow this because of the allergies. They’re afraid that other kids will be grabbing her food which didn’t make sense to me that’s why they have teachers to monitor them. No kid should be touching my daughters plate.3. The teacher yelled at her & she told me she was trying to hold back her tears. This was on her last day of the daycare. Unfortunately because there were teachers in and out in the A.M and she was new to the daycare she does not remember the name of the teacher. She yelled at her because she for her username and password to her chrome book. This was the last straw and I just had to pull her out.She only lasted 4 days.
