I came in to get my account unfroze/ unlocked because my card wasent working or my zelle or anything my entire account was not working and I went in as a walk in and ‘Matthew Booth’ was quick to help me out with my situation and got my account/ card working again as quick as possible , was very helpful!! Was in there for only about 30min and got my issue solved! So definitely a 5 star rating from me !

When you walk in- the account Assoc don’t want to help. They are lazy and pass you off. Went to another location and was greeted in mesquite - listened n took care of us Lazy Assoc is Caroline

The bank is fine, but the atm in the outer most lane has been malfunctioning for as long as i can remember. Pretty irritating as this is a bank, and being able to deposit/withdraw is 90% of what happens here and I’m unable to do so. Please fix it.

Since when did it become necessary for a long time bank member to have to provide a drivers license for a cash deposit. Time to rethink “Chase Bank” now!

Mr. Booth, at this location, helped me with a personal matter resolving a loved one's account after they passed and was very helpful. He showed empathy and patience which is greatly appreciated. I'm not a member of Chase but I'm impressed with the service I received.

If you appreciate little things this branch offers excellent service. I don't know of many places you can walk into 3 minutes before closing and get served. Ms. Heather took very well care of me with a smile I could see through her face mask and Ms. Karen was there with a friendly greeting as well. Would definitely recommend banking here
