Horrible experience as a private client. No communication, no willingness to help. Lazy won't do same day deposits. Worst bank experience I have ever had. Moving to PNC full time.

Never in my life have I had a problem with DEPOSITING an IRS Refund check before. Until now. JPMC put a HOLD on my REFUND check. I will be CLOSING my account immediately and find another with ANYONE else, who honors Federal Government Checks. JPMC is the WORST bank to do business with!

I have stopped going to other branches at this point. This location is so fast, friendly and efficient. My business deposits take about 2 mins here whereas other locations that my company has used for 15+ years takes a minimum of 15 mins for the same thing.

Chase just needs to close this pointless location, they offer no service or value to customers. I won't even go into their bad service, they aren't worth my time. Warning, never open a Chase account, there are too many other outstanding choices.

I love cashing checks at chase. The transfer of wealth from client to my pocket is very,very satisfying. The tellers are very much complicit in the said and aforementioned transition of their cash to mine. Its a pleasure to go spend the fruits of those banking brothers and grain of the labor pool is amazing to see & impossible to deny. Bank on chase, bank on chase to be there for all the banking needs a person could ever need .

This bank is HORRIBLE!!! My sister is a member, and supposedly they offer convenient notary service to members. Apparently that's a LIE!!! On her only day off in 2 weeks, she went to get a document notarized. The first notary was going to do it, but told her my 90 year old grandmother, who is suffering from "long COVID" symptoms, also needed to be there. So, my sister drove 30 miles to pick her up, and bring her back to the bank. This time, another gentleman- an older, heavyset man with big ears assisted them. He read through the document, as if he were a lawyer, looked up at my grandmother, and asked if she was also a member. She's not, she's banked with a local community bank for decades. His face immediately went cold, he slid the document towards her, and tells her he can't do it unless she opens an account. WHAT?!!! She's 90 years old, she's not going to suddenly change banks just for notary service. It appears he was more concerned with meeting his new accounts quota than offering legitimate customer service. Sad. That's pretty sorry! My sister is now going to close her account and open it with my grandmother's bank. Another customer lost.?

The banker at this location name "Jesica" is completely rude. Just the snatching of the paper slip, ridiculous. No need for the attitude for a simple ass question. Smh
