Had appointment with Alex Lam at 11 am, showed up on time but he was delayed. He decided to skip my appointment and move to his 11:30 am. Told me there was plenty of other agents but still had to wait another 20 minutes to see anyone. Now I know why this branch has 2 stars. Please make appointment somewhere else.

rude and unprofessional managers. the chubby hispanic manager in particular She's not in the right job, with that attitude you should think to work in a job where you don't have to deal with customers at all.
