My brand new Galaxy Note 10+ screen cracked and needed replacement. They did a good job of that, BUT they took my new S-Pen and shoved an old broken one into my phone. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident but I had to literally pry that broken chewed up scratched up S-pen they jammed into my phone. They also had a whole bag of great condition S-pens sitting on the counter so I'm pretty sure they tried to steal mine. Not sure what other parts of my phone they stole. Wasted a whole hour trying to get my S-Pen back from them. Definitely would not trust again.

When I was at my lowest point,trying to get a phone screen fixed, Jasmine at Cellular Zone calmed me and assured me that they could handle it. I had been to 5 other places the day before Thanksgiving including a carrier who was supposed work with my phone insurance only to be told they can't or don't have the parts. In less than an hour I had what looks like a new operational phone. I would recommend Cellular World over any place!
