The price quotes of virtually all quality flooring companies will be in the same price range by 5-10 percent; the difference comes in the hidden costs…and Carpet Outlets is very upfront and open about any additional costs related to potential issues with installations. Candidly we don’t know what is under our current carpet of flooring…and neither do they until they get there. Our install crews were the best…THE BEST. I have never had a better plumbing, HVAC, carpet cleaning, etc., crew in my house. Let’s face it, replacing floors is not easy or clean or fun…but these guys did their best to make it a positive experience. Hire whoever you want…but you’re missing out not using Carpet Outlets.”
