Absolutely horrible banking company they freeze my account for outstanding debts even though they told me I would have an additional month from when they did it. They froze it after 5 days. If this is resolved will definitely be switching banks I'm over this. And they also make a check available in my account even though there weren't funds to cover it and now it's overdrawn because of their mistake. Will probably be filing a complaint as well.

Manager is very rude. Called multiple times for a simple task, but not only they didn’t help but were rude and disrespectful. Made me never wanna open capital one account for my business or my personal banking needs.

Horrible bank and even worse experience inside the branch. The so called manager treated me as if my money was no Good. I do not recommend capital especially not for a bank account. Scammers .
