Manager was so kind . He made sure he interacted with each customer and made them feel welcomed . I asked for some cheesy tots only because I mentioned not seeing them for several years . He told me they had them and made me a fresh batch. Thank you Mr manager for your kindness and hospitality.While waiting a lady came inside to personally thank him . That says everything.

This isn't paid or manipulated review because it will seem over the top but this is the best BK I've eaten at. The food was all perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The buns weren't dry, the fries were crisp. I rarely run into a perfect meals at BKs.

This 5 star review is specifically for exceptional customer service at this location for Kenny, an very hard working employee that was working the drive thru. I usually don't do reviews for general fast food because we go so often and the food is always pretty consistent but Burger King isn't exactly known for their exceptional customer service but my kid loves their food so we go here pretty frequently and the food and customer service is pretty on par with average so I never felt the need to comment and actually go out of my way to do a review unless the service and food was really bad or really good So in this case I was so pleasantly surprised when I met the sweetest man upon pulling up to the drive-thru. He was friendly and polite that I almost forgot that I was at Burger King and got confused cuz I thought I had pulled up to Chick-fil-A! ? Upon pulling up to the window to receive the food he had a big warm smile on his face and he was courteous and provided fast and friendly service! After picking up my order and driving about 2 minutes away I realize I left something at the store as part of my order so I drove back and I wasn't even mad about it! ? When I pulled up to the window again, Kenny profusely apologize even though it wasn't his fault and made the order right immediately! He truly made my day and I was so glad that my son was craving Burger King today because I hadn't seen him at the store before but I'm hoping we'll see more of him when we go for future visits! He is a wonderful employee and Burger King is very lucky to have someone like him! His hard work ethic and friendly attitude really makes the difference So if you're in this area and happen to be craving Burger King, go check out Kenny and his awesome customer service skills

Worst customer service ever. I guess they're listening to music on their phone and get mad when they have to take their earplugs out to take your order. Listen to your customers and hire folks that WANT to work.

I have had several problems with this location but I thought I would give it one more try, I took my 90 year old Dad out for lunch, he love the Whopper Jr., it is just the right size for him but he does not like mayo, he likes mustard. So I ordered mustard on his burger. When we got up to the window, the manager was there and I was holding onto my credit card just to make sure my order was right before I paid and I stated," 2 Whopper Jr. one with Mayo and one with Mustard, all the way!" he said yes sire. Then he took my credit card and then he said, that is one regular Whopper Jr, and one mustard and meat only!!!!! That is not what I said. I repeated my order again, but then the cook handed me my order and the manager (small case because he does not deserve a large case) charged my card and handed it back and said thank you and shut the window!!!! I took pictures of the final product and you will notice that the one with no mustard has no tomato either, no ketchup, etc....

This store shouldn't have employees working for free because that's what they are doing, y'all clean early and just chill inside I was literally staring at y'all hiding in the back! talking about our system is down at 10:30-11. This always happens I come to pick orders up and what a coincidence it's down every night. Then Close the store at 10. Y'all have us here ordering because it says it's open and then we get there and they suppcan't get orders. Bull! Then go home! And close the store. Rude ass employees.

We had the worst experience ever at this location. We love Burger King but the service at this location was not up to the Kings status. The food was great but they forgot half our food. When we tried to call to see if we could get a refund of n the missing food no one answered the phone so we drove back to the location and asked for the refund. We totally get your busy but please check the food before handing the bag to the customer. It takes 15 more seconds to check just to make sure your customers happy.

The problem I have with this particular location, and it maybe the way Burger King operates, I'm unsure, is that when you order online for pickup you have to go inside to get your meal that you ordered and paid for online. Even when you are the only person there in the drive through, you will be told rudely that you have to come in to pick your order up. Ridiculous!!!

Horrible and rude employees. We placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. The employee said "We don't do mobile orders." What? I have my order. I paid for my order. They just said same thing. I asked for a manager. I was told they were the manager. Now we are having to dispute with my credit card and we got no food. I have reached out to corporate. Completely unacceptable.
