The person at the front I felt was very unhelpful. I only had Apple Pay since I was shopping with a toddler and was trying to purchase an item and said Apple Pay works sometimes and that’s it. Didn’t try anything else when this had happened before on another location and this other worker tried on another register and it worked. It was just frustrating especially shopping as a mom with a toddler.

I love everything in here, always clean, quiet, and they've always been kind to me! I've bought in-store and order pickup and have never had a problem.

Not the biggest Box Lunch but still have a good selection and really friendly staff! Sections move around a lot though so be sure to look at everything.

Standing here waiting for it to open! Clearly states 11:00 am...Not happy at all. Saw someone walk in at 11:00 doors are still locked.

Be careful if you buy anything with box lunch cash here - if it turns out the item is damaged they will only allow you exchange the item for its original full price.

Horrible customer service both ladies very rude , they’re just gossiping with each other even though they saw me looking around they didn’t even ask if everything was okay or if I was looking for something specific . The girls were just rude I can tell they don’t like their job Y’all should look for better customer service representatives . Since I walked in they looked at me weird if this store wants to sell more should change that staff they’re so rude !
