I asked the old white male can I get some help please? and he said no your on the phone that’s RUDE I’ll wait , and I replied no I’m done can I get help please and he said no your RUDE you’re on the phone and I said ok and left!! But fyi Just because I’m holding my phone in my hand doesn’t mean I’m using it , it simply means I’m holding it because it my property and I didn’t know having a cell phone in my hands was a big deal This customer service was the worst experience I’ve ever had!! I will never forget this feeling he was very abrasive and arrogant when I asked for help and he repeatedly said no, he was just very dismissive and was not interested in making a sale today!! Don’t even waste your time going here he doesn’t wanna sell anything

I was in the market for a nice ring and my friend referred me to Bobs Pawn Shop in Garland. Staff were very friendly. They had a wide selection of different items like power tools, fine jewelry, antiques, and firearms. Found the perfect ring and they even sent it to be resized for me. Awesome customer service. Looking forward to visiting again.
