I ordered gifts for my company and while the product itself turned out great, the actual process of getting things ordered and invoiced was a huge hassle. I worked with Amanda W and had to follow up with her 3 times during the ordering process as her response time was slow. The process moved very slow and I received my order later than originally anticipated. When it came time for payment I emailed her to request an invoice and 15 days later we still did not have an invoice. Apparently they were waiting for shipping charges from UPS. I explained we were at the end of our fiscal year and needed to process the invoice by a certain date and to no surprise, I had to follow up with her 2 more times as we still had not received an invoice by the mentioned date. They finally sent the invoice and 1) they charged us $947 for shipping from Garland to Fort Worth, and 2) they did not exclude tax for our exemption so we asked for an adjusted invoice for the tax and she responded at 3:10pm that they are closed for the weekend. I called her and she rejected my calls twice. So I called customer service and they got me an adjusted invoice and it only took 10 minutes for the finance manager to send it! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of their customer service team and product we received.\\n\\nMany colleagues from other departments wanted to order a similar product for their teams, however I recommended them to use another preferred vendor as service is much better and faster elsewhere. If do think Bob Lilly could be a great vendor, but if you choose to use them, don't work with Amanda.

After two subpar promo vendors, Bob Lilly has been a breath of fresh air! Their superior quality with consideration to our start up budget has been a 10 in my book! Megan has been a huge help on product recommendations, logo enhancements and so much more! Cannot say enough great things, you won't be disappointed.

Very difficult to work with. They do not allow you to add on to an order so you have to pay double shipping. The products are also overpriced. They charge shipping regardless of the size of the order. There are lots of good companies out there that treat customers better. I had a return 2 months ago and still don't have my credit. They also charged return shipping when they sent the wrong items!

The sign of any good leader is his ability to assemble a great team. Bob has done that. Everyone I have interacted with at BLP is absolutely fantastic. They have great ideas, great products, and outstanding execution. Best team in the business.
