Love coming here to find good deals on snacks & homegoods. Always very clean & organized, & the people are so welcoming, especially Ms. Eileen, she's an exceptionally kind person. Definitely recommend this Big Lots for sure

Furniture department manager(last name Evans) is so rude! I went in looking for an office chair, there were two boxes above a pricing marked at $39.99. When I went to check out, the pricing came out to be $99.99. When I mentioned that the pricing listed was $39.99 he raised his voice at me and said “well it’s $100 and people move things around all the time” as if it was my fault that the boxes were in the wrong spot. He could have simply said “hey I apologize but the pricing is actually $100” vs literally raising his voice at me with the worst attitude ever! I’ve worked customer service for years, and also managed. That is no way to treat a customer.Veronica, the cashier was very nice and was the one who apologized for HIS actions. Wrong person is in management.

Lawn lights were in sale item shelves. After standing in line....only one checker. ...rang up regular price. I questioned the checker but she really could care less. This use to be my favorite store. Doubt I will ever go back. You ask me to share my experience and this is my honest opinion.
