To be honest if I could leave a 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. When doing a curbside pickup I waited for an hour for my stuff to be brought out on more than 1 occasion while the employees stood around the door chit chatting. Will not be shopping this location again 😡

I love Best Buy. I'm a Samsung lady, but I couldn't resist this Apple Macbook Air M2 intteligence 512gb for the price they gave me. The rewards they keep giving us are wonderful. We are getting worse than our children. The customer service is so great here to and ordering it online was so easy and fast.

The geek squad tried to figure out my computer problem but just wanted to reinstall my software and charge me $100 for it or $200 for a membership. I waited there for a long time too. But without a membership, I couldn’t leave my computer there. So I’ll have to figure it out myself it’s cheaper. Sad thing is that I do spend enough money at Best Buy.

Bought $900 laptop. Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. Staff do not know what they are doing. Even worse is their customer service would just give you the run around and repeat preset answers - wrong answers - to any concerns you may have. Will not fix problems for you leaving you to deal with fallout caused by their incompetence. Take your business elsewhere. Any local store who actually cares about their customer will be better than this sorry excuse of a corporation.

Went there today (Thursday @ 1pm) to shop for a new pc. Only employee seen was the greeter. Spent about 10 min in the computer section. No employees. I went back to the greeter and asked for help. He said he might be able to get someone in maybe 10 more minutes. He then suggested I come back on Saturday when they have more staffing... really?

Went in to buy a sound bar and Noah was super friendly, knew what he was talking about, showed us demos for different options, recommended related items for what we were shopping for in a helpful manner not a “let me sell you more stuff” manner. Overall really happy with this shopping experience

2/22/25: I saw the surround sound that I was interested on the Best Buy site. I was able to compare it with other models. I was happy to see that there was a demo at the store, and that it was in stock. I went in the store the next day to listen to it. Although the rear speakers weren't connected, I heard enough to purchase the item. Went home, ordered it online, and with 10 minutes the order was ready for pick up. Very easy pick up process, and the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean, and there was plenty of parking outside.
