I would give them zero stars if the option was available!! Their customer service is not good at all!! On 6/14, I visited the store to purchase items for my home office. I stood 15 minutes, waited, watched several sales associates (including the manager) walked pass me numerous times. I asked one associate for help in the printer department and he said that everyone was busy but he would try and find someone to help me. No one ever came to help me.
Another 15 minutes passed and I finally decided to head out of the store. As I was leaving, the guy near the front said, "have a nice day!" I responsed, "Have a good day?"
I explained my situation to him and he said, "Well, I can't help you, I am not a manager!" So I requested the manager. Caesar, the manager was walking by and asked what was going on? I proceeded to explain my situation to him. His response was, "Sorry, we are busy!!" He just stood and looked at me.
He did not offer to help me at all.
In my opinion, very distasteful and poor customer service!!
I took his name down and immediately walked out of the store.

I purchased an 85 inch Samsung tv and it was giving me lots of issues, since the 15 day window of return had closed I was told by best buy customer service that I had to contact Samsung and ask them to come and repair it, Samsung was not helpful at all they transferred me about 20 times and no one was able to help me with my brand new tv. Samsung would tell me to call Best Buy and Best buy would tell me to contact Samsung. I was so frustrated with both places, I told myself, to best buy and Samsung that I would NEVER purchase a Samsung product and NEVER buy from Best Buy ever again. At my last attempt to get this resolved, I decided to go to the actual store and speak to the manager to see if they could help. Cesar the manager came to the rescue, he took the time to listen to me and told me he would take care of it and apologized for all the mishaps that happened. Between him and Robert, they fixed my problem, scheduled me a swap in tv's and even got me a price match on the tv since the price had went down since I purchased it. He was so helpful and kind and I appreciate it so much! I have changed my mind about not purchasing from Best Buy again, I will be back to this Best Buy to make any future purchases, and only because of him and Robert. As far as Samsung, I am still disappointed in their customer service and will not be purchasing a Samsung product again. Thank you to Cesar and Robert for their excellent customer service and Awesome problem solving skills. I truly appreciate your help!

Great experience today buying a printer. Very helpful staff. I bought the Best Buy Plus membership and soooo glad I did.
I have never had trouble setting up a printer. And I've done many at work and home. But I did today.
At first all was going well. Connected to wifi easily. But I ran into an issue connecting it wirelessly to my pc. I have used videos online for decades to fix anything from plumbing to minor car stuff to all kinds of tech issues. Used the brand's online video instructions but it wasn't happening. Called Best Buy tech support this evening. Took no time at all to talk to someone. Tech took over my computer and fixed the problem. I am so happy to have a problem fixed sooooo easily and so very quickly.

I had a surprise need for a power supply and these guys came through. I had a selection,and was able to walk right to it from the map in the app. I had to wait a few minutes behind another customer who didn't seem to be interested in a quick transaction, but someone quickly came up and checked me out of the backup.
