My family and I had a blessed time here. Everyone was very friendly from Rafael, to Luis, and the manager Nicolette were very friendly and helped me finish everything quickly. Was a longtime customer since it was BBVA, had 3 personal accounts with them. We started our business & hired a firm to create a business structure. Tried to open a business account in this branch. The banker Ashley didn't want to open it, mocked us & said those people probably scammed us because they didn't know what they were doing and we should request a reimburstment. We went to Bank of Texas, they reviewed our documents and opened our business account. Turns out it was someone else that didn't know what was doing.We decided to close all 3 PNC accounts and transferred it to this other bank. PNC bank: Word of advise, start treating customers professionally or you'll keep loosing them. It's your loss.

Used to be a good bank but ever since it changed names and they hired new workers this place went downhill. The workers mistreat you and act like they’re more superior than the customers.

!! My husband and I have been banking with BBVA for years and this is by far the most ghetto branch I’ve had to deal with ..I get hung up on when I call or they do not answer.This is not right at all . I have never in my life dealt with such horrible customer service I have a family to take care of and their atm took money from meI will be closing mine and my husband’s account

Slowest service since i began banking with BBVA. From the looks of it they seemed to be understaffed. Other than that they were very polite & tried there best. Would i go back to this branch, definitely not.
