New bank but I learnt it was two previous banks BB&T and Suntrust merged together to become this bank. Had an Amazing experience with the Awesome Banker Sonia and also Belem Soto The exemplified the Highest Customer and answered all my questions, plus took care of what I needed. The branch is very clean , the tellers greet you when you come in. It's just a good place to come. I will be back !

Dishonest bank. We went in this morning Saturday 3/21. Went through the drive thru and asked for $100 in change. First off no customer service whatsoever. No good morning or hello. After asking for our change there was no response. Waited a couple of minutes and asked again for $100 in change after asking a male voice finally answers with a response of “ok”. Waited about five to ten minutes for $100 in change. Rang the bell to ask what the hold up was and the same guy with no customer service training states we only gave him $80. So # 1 it took you all this time to let us know that you only had $80? If we asked him for $100 in change he should’ve immediately noticed there was only $80 but instead we sat outside for over 5 minutes and mind you there was NO ONE ELSE THERE BUT US. #2 He goes on to ARGUE with us that we only gave him $80 and we knew good and well we gave him $100. We have a business account with this bank and are new with them. Why would we need to argue or lie about $20 bucks? We ask for the $80 back knowing good and well we gave him $100. We get down the road and my mom was upset because she felt and knew there was dishonesty and the guy who I wish I would’ve got his name but didn’t was very rude! My mom calls the bank back and asked for a manager she then goes on to say they would count the drawer down and places us on hold. Comes back moments later and instead of saying “hey you were right”she defends the teller and states” oh we found the $20 on the floor it must’ve have BLEW OUT OF THE CONTAINER HOLDING THE MONEY”Lol really? ONE $20 bill blew out of the money carrier and know one saw it just lying on the floor? That’s some pretty strong A/C y’all got blowing in that bank. Lol but okay. We drove back and the same dude just sent our STOLEN MONey back through the shoot and said nothing.There was no “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” or anything. This particular branch is dishonest and horrible and the customer service doesn’t exist at this branch. You would think they would appreciate the business because every single time I pass this place there is no business there. We are considering closing our new business account with this disgusting bank or just telling everyone we know including other businesses to not deal with this particular branch. The teller who handled us this way needs training or firing.

Jesse Ayala was just amazing! He made my banking so simple and easy. He was so kind with my son as well. If you plan on banking here I most definitely recommend Jesse!

It has great service my only problem with it is it's ATM machine because it dose not work when me and my family uses it, it breaks causing it to hold the money making us miss out on payments and loosing our credit points, also causing us to drive all the way to mesquite to use another ATM

Worst bank ever and don't get a money market account and speak with Brett manger in the account services
