Setup appointment for notary like they asked. I get here and the lady is on lunch.had to wait an hour. This is why I'm leaving this terrible bank

I had a good experience with this branch after another branch would not help me. David the manager and David Rosado both were so very helpful and friendly. We got all my changes completed and it did take some time but they were both very patient. I would highly recommend this branch for any banking needs.
