This particular AutoZone of course has everything you need for minor issues with a car but the service here is outstanding. There was a young gentleman behind the counter, who was very knowledgeable and efficient but the manager named Misty was Beyond helpful and obviously very knowledgeable of automobiles. I simply came in here for replacement windshield wipers for the front and rear of my SUV and before I left Misty had put my windshield wipers on my truck. Fantastic service it reminded me of small town mechanic help. I will be back anytime I need something for my car.

My battery died a couple of times within one month, so I went to this location to see what's wrong with it. They checked my battery and told me that it is good. They checked if I still have a warranty, and I did. So, I asked if it could be changed, and the manager told me no because per store policy I couldn't change it since it said on their device that my battery was good. So, I asked what I am supposed to do with it if it is keep dying on me and I have to find someone to jump start it. The manager told me that he trust their device, and I should come back when it will say bad. To me, he was implying that I was lying. The same day, my battery died again, so I went to a different location, and they not only agreed to exchange the battery, they put a new one in.The manager from the location on Broadway should be fired from his position. He doesn't know the policies, he doesn't have proper customer service skills, not to mention of his attitude. On top of it, the other employee who checked my battery told me that I bought the wrong battery and tried to sell me the more expensive one. Later today, I confirmed that I had the correct battery and it's nothing to do with my start push button. Poor knowledge, unfortunately. I was so stressed out, so I went back to tell him in person that they were both wrong, but the staff got changed, who were nice and apologetic. I never had problems with this location before until today. Horrible experience. I hope someone will do something about that manager.

I visited this store on 1/24/24 and experienced DISCRIMINATION at its finest. I walked in with a brand new tire inflator that was purchased the day before at another location and as soon as I walk in the door Joseph Martinez blurts out I’m not returning that if it’s been used, I then say to him I just bought it yesterday and its been sitting in my car the entire time so it’s brand new and it’s never been used. Joseph opens up the box which is completely sealed and rips the item out of the packaging and says to me it looks used to me so therefore you need to take that back to the store you bought it from which is an hour away from me, I was in complete shock because I know to myself I have never used this item and I wouldn’t lie about something so minuscule yet Joseph could careless. He insisted me taking this item back to the original store although that is not the policy. I asked him for the store manager and he quoted I’m the highest in charge and I'm not taking it back here. I asked him who’s his district manager and he responded I don’t know. Luckily there was a sign posted once you walk out the door with all area and district managers numbers. I called and spoke to Gustavo (District Manager) and he informed me that the item can be taken back and Joseph is not following company policy. My advice to Joseph please stop discriminating it’s 2024.

I just wanted to tell people that read messages to make sure you get the correct parts before they leave the store because I asked one of the associates light bulbs for my car and they gave me the wrong one on top of that managers changed their attitude to friendly or they're on the wrong place to work. I’d rather drive half a mile to go to O’Reilly auto parts then come back to AutoZone at this location. If this message please let me know before you leave the store and make sure you have the correct part because they make mistakes very often. And if you lose the receipt you will not get your money back and for the managers to change their attitude or look for another job where they do not have to deal with clients because they have a terrible attitude

Manager has a horrible attitude! She asked me if I had a number, and when I told her no her attitude increased. Make several unnecessary comments and acted like it was an inconvenience to help. Other staff were nice.

you walk into the store and it seems like they are doing you a favor by selling you the car parts that you need. They forget that if we don't but they wouldn't have a job. I needed to replace my battery I went to check the prices and the PSM who was "helping" me had a very rude attitude. I told him to give a few minutes to think about the prices. When i was ready Jordan "help" me his attitude was worse. He scans the battery, charges me for a core ( which i had in my car)and a pack of grease. A pack of grease he never offered me or explained what it was for. I told him I don't want that. He just said if you don't buy it I won't install the battery. Their attitude bothered me so much that i went somewhere else to buy it. O'Reilly fixed my problem..

Needed some automatic transmission fluid today. First trip, advised I had the part number, but they wanted my vehicle make and model anyway. Ok I guess. The guy walked me over to the motor oil section and tries handing me a quart of that. I should have walked out at that point. I had to show him where the transmission fluid was, and he assured me this was the right one. Paid for, took it to Meineke. Not recommended, so took it back for a refund. Attitude from the get go, mumbling, unclear gestures. Ok, so long as I get my money back. Walked back over to the guy asking if he could look it up with the part number. "I'm on the phone." I think his name was David this is the store that fixed The problem from the other store garden road in Easton this guy took the time to help me with everything I need and it did it fast so AutoZone need to call that store and talk to that guy and tell them thank you for his service for that store
