The plastic splashguard that is supposed to be attached to the front bumper of my 2009 Toyota Venza was getting close to unattaching. I drove into AutoZone on 2433 Belt Line Road, Garland, Texas. A very nice employee named Tuan T, came out to my car and spent about 5 or 10 minutes reattaching it for me. He refused to take a tip, but asked me to write a review for him. Tuan is my new hero. Five out of five stars.

When I went to this autozone Stephen was an amazing worker he helped me out change a sensor in my car and also helped me get the right parts that I needed, thank you Stephen for being amazing, keep doing an amazing job! ???

Just last week, I stopped in at Beltline for a new Battery. Derege and Mr. Stephen were just ABOVE AND BEYOND. My car stopping everywhere and such a stressful week was all made up by how AWESOME these two men were. Derege did the 1st half and Mr. Stephen did the other half of the job as it was getting busy. I was so intrigued by the whole process and Mr. Stephen was even teaching me as he was going along making it a fun and a learning experience. They were very attentive, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and EXCEPTIONAL. I have been in AutoZones in other states, but never like these guys. It seems, even the other guys that work there like Josh and others all were very friendly, helpful, patient and work very well as a team with all the customers I noticed. Thank you Derege and Mr. Stephen!! Anything I need, I will be at your store! You are the BEST!!!!

David went above and beyond for me in replacing my battery. He not only helped me in making sure I was set with corrosion protection but went out of his way to deeply clean my terminals so my new battery would last as long as possible. You’ve got a great employee here, Autozone!

Very bad service Did not refund money Try to avoid customer complaints I bought battery for my Mercedes They charged $22 for the core which is refundable after they installed new battery but they try not to refund the old battery that they took in after replacing the new one.

They DO NOT PRICE MATCH local stores! Would rather me walk out without a purchase rather than price match a local store down the street that has it on the shelf! Seafoam High Mileage - difference of $4.00
