I visited AutoZone after work because my car was having trouble starting. Upon arrival, Walter promptly assisted me with professionalism and kindness. He quickly identified that I needed a new battery, which I purchased. Jesus D then began installing the new battery but encountered extensive rust that had fused the connectors together, making removal challenging. Despite the difficulty, Jesus worked diligently and patiently until the job was done.
I greatly appreciate Jesus's perseverance, especially on such a hot day. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of, and I'm thankful I chose this location. Moreover, they were incredibly patient with my son while we shopped, which meant a lot to me. If you have any automotive needs, I highly recommend visiting this AutoZone. The service here is exceptional, and Walter and Jesus deserve recognition for their outstanding customer care.

Staff are very nice Ahmed helped me changed lightbulb really cool guy !! & I came back later that day because I thought the wrong light was in and he fixed it again for me I tried to help him he didn’t let me real stand up guy !!??

I especially loved how comfortable they made me feel. Some stores act like we'll know it all's when they see s woman. Also they had great help to come out in the cold and fix my rearview mirror. These guys are fully loaded. They had parts I could not order or find anywhere else in stock.

Good service.They searched for my part through their data base .My part was in another store and they arranged to have it transferred here.I day later my part arrived and was just what I needed.DIY repairs need this resource.Try them soon .
